'You could have it your way, how do you want it?
You gon' back that thing up, or should I push up on it?
Temperature rising, okay, let's go to the next level
Dance floor jam-packed, hot as a tea kettle'

K I N GKing stared hopelessly at the door that Quinn had merely left through 10 minutes ago. Soon the small whimpers Reign had emitted became full blow cries that filled the living room, echoing throughout the house.
"Oh no," King grumbled.
He had only been a father for less than 24 hours yet he was already fucking up. He groaned in frustration; Maya hadn't spent the night - claiming she had a class early the next morning that she couldn't miss.
"It's only a 30-minute drive from here," Omari grumbled while he rubbed Maya's thighs.
She chuckled lightly, running a hand up to his toned abs, "Yeah but from my apartment, it's only a 10-minute drive." She murmured pecking his lips tenderly.
Omari whined under his breath, burying his head in the crook of her neck - scattering light kisses there till he found her weak spot.
"Stay," He whispered. Mayalika shook her head, drawing back with hooded eyes.
"You know I can't baby, you and Reign need bonding time...without me. Plus I'm not even sure Quinn wants me around her child." She mumbled, running her hand over his waves.
Omari shook his head, "Our child. She's equally my child too meaning that I have a say in who she has in her life too." He muttered.
Maya took a step back, a frown unintentionally gracing her face, "Still I don't think I should be around. I need to go. You can call me if you need me baby"
And oh how he wished he could call Mayalika now. King walked around his house desperately trying to soothe the bawling toddler as he had tried to do once with his three-month-old nephew, Josiah. How Quinn had managed to put up with Reign he did not know - this little girl had a set of lungs on her and she liked to let it be known.
He brushed a hand down his face planting Reign down on his bed.
"Do you like music Reign?" He queried.
The blubbering toddler stared at him through misty eyes before breaking out into another set of crying fits - this time much louder.
'Think King!', he scrunched his brows together. Whenever Keira had a hard time putting Josiah down for a nap she would usually play music. Music!
King opened YouTube plopping on the bed next to Reign. A music video caught his eye, hesitantly he tapped it skipping the double adverts YouTube tried to play.
I'll take you to the candy shop
I'll let you lick the lollipop
Go 'head girl don't you stop
Keep going 'til you hit the spot, whoaAlmost immediately, Reign's cries stopped as she turned to gaze at King in amazement, a small smile gracing her face.
"Oh, so you like this?" He questioned picking her up. She nodded shyly kicking her legs to the beat of the music as King sang to her.
I'll take you to the candy shop (yeah)
Boy, one taste of what I got (uh-huh)
I'll have you spending all you got (come on)
Keep going 'til you hit the spot, whoa
