You and Kenpachi had been dating for 19 months so far and he hasn't had to deal with your period until...Yachiru Kusajishi...that brat CHANGED YOUR PILLS TO TICK TACKS! Currently you are training the literal fuck out of Ikkaku and Yuichaki because they woke you up with ice cold water at 6am. Still in your pyjamas ((which was an over sized shirt and boxers.)) you had the two running laps around the barracks. If you caught them slacking off slightly you would make them hand clean every inch of the God damn Barracks. Wandering back to the office cause you had to do some you saw Yachiru playing with Kenpachi and you just glared  at her. You walked past them not saying Anything which was unusual for you as you always at least said "hey" to Kenpachi but as you walked past the two and didn't say anything Kenpachi turned and tried to call out until they heard the slam off the door to the office. Confused as to what's  going on Kenpachi shrugged and went to Unohana to ask why you seemed moody ((Unohana knows EVERYTHING)). After explaining everything Unohana says she that she didn't know what was going on, maybe you had eaten something that disagreed with you. however Kenpachi shock his head not agreeing with that before just deciding to 'Go figure it out by himself' and he said a sharp Goodbye. Soon he were standing outside your room and knocked on the door waiting for a response which he got when you opened the door holding a cup of tea. Before he could say anything you teared up due to the fact he had his scary face on and you were suddenly overwhelmed with the thoughts of him wanting to break up. Quickly realising that whatever was going on wasnt you just angry but you were moody, causing him to grab you and pull you into the office as to ensure no one saw you crying. after a while on the couch cuddling Kenpachi you had calmed down and Kenpachi spoke up
"hey...Y-N is everything ok? Your acting odd today and i wanna know" He admitted before you sat up and explained that you were on your period, had been woken by the boys dumping iced water on you, were out of your favourite tea, were having bad cramps, and had a migraine. as you explained it kenpachi snickers before pulling you close and rubbing your side. Honestly the rest of the week  was slow as he kept you next to him and anytime a mood swing came he handled it as well as he could, even told Yachiru if she ever pulled a stunt like that again he would kill her
