Miku's POV:
After the Kagamine's car pulled out of view, I opened the door to my house and went in. Mikuo was in the hall. He turned as soon as I opened the door.
"Where were you?" He asked.
"Why do you need to know?" I returned.
"I'm your big brother I'm allowed to be worried about my baby sister."
"Well that would be the first time you ever worried about me." I countered. I can't believe I just said that.
Mikuo flinched a little bit. This may be terrible but I kind of enjoyed it.
I ran upstairs so that I could have the last word.
I had really enjoyed my day with the Kagamines. I wanted to stay. Its really nice having people worry about you and do nice things for you.
Worrying about you. Mikuo was worried about me? That was weird.
I shrugged it off. He probably noticed I was gone because he wanted me to do something for him.
Mikuo's POV: (A/N: Finally right?)
I feel really bad.
Today one of my friend's back in Japan (we still keep in contact) little sibling died. He had ignored his sibling pretty much like I ignore Miku.
And then the end came. He's really upset and has a lot of regrets about it. I realized that I don't know how much time I have with Miku, and I don't want her to die hating me.
It's all my fault. Ever since mom died I blamed her. Mom had always been sickly after Miku came. She almost always had a cough or cold. I resented Miku enough for making mom sick. Then when she died, I couldn't handle it. I turned my sadness into anger and hatred and directed it all at Miku.
Then I just decided to ignore her.
I want to fix our relationship but I don't know how.
I'm still curious as to where she was today. Although she was probably hanging out with that boy.
I went up to my room and started to open the door when my foot touched something.
I looked down and saw a little bag.
I picked it up and opened it. Inside were a bunch of chocolates.
I smiled.
Then I went to Miku's room and rapped on the door.
"Yeah?" Miku called.
"Can I come in?" I asked.
"Uh sure?" She answered.
I opened the door and stood in the doorway. She was laying on her bed readin a book.
"Thanks for the chocolate." I mumbled.
"Mrs. Kagamine bought them for you and dad." She replied not looking up from the book.
"Is that your friend's mom?" I asked.
"Yeah." She said.
"Okay." I stood there for a few more minutes and then left.
I realized I didn't know anything about her life or friends. I wonder how many friends she actually has. She's only ever had the one over that I can think of.
I wonder what she's interested in.
Maybe I can still fix this. Maybe I'm not too late.
Maybe I can grant my mom's wish
