(A/N: I got a new and improved cover! YAY! I'm just going to go make a million covers for all the books I might write in the future. Enjoy the chapter!)
Len's POV:
Rin had finally convinced Miku to share a room with her. It was around dinner time so the adults were trying to decide what to eat.
"How about....PIZZA!" Rin exclaimed.
"You always suggest pizza." I shook my head.
"Well it's DELICIOUS! Plus, today is Friday." Rin retorted. "Since when are you a pizza hater?"
"I'm not. I never said anything against pizza. Pizza's the best, it's just you always suggest pizza." I snapped back.
"I'll eat anything." Mikuo moaned from the couch. "Just get it here quick."
"Dramatic much?" Miku sighed.
"You would understand if you were dying of starvation." Mikuo groaned.
"You ate a giant sandwich before we left." Miku pointed out.
"That was like...two hours ago." Mikuo announced in surprise.
Then Mr. Hatsune came into the living room/loungey area. "Your parents ordered pizza...it'll be here in ten more minutes." He smiled.
"YAAAAASSSS!" Rin and Mikuo yelled in unison. They looked at each other and then Rin broke the contact. No way! Miku's brother floored my sister! What strange magic is this!?
"Okay...so are we going to go to the beach or the amusement park tomorrow?" Rin asked Miku.
"All for lounging around raise your hand!" Mikuo called. (He was the only one to raise his hand).
"I vote amusement park." I said. It sounded like way more fun right now.
"I'm okay either way!" Miku laughed.
"I kinda want to go to the amusement park too..." Rin said slowly. "My parents usually make us have buddies when we go with friends sooooo......I call Miku!"
Mikuo looked at me. "Cool. I don't want to hang out with you psycho girls anyway."
Mr. Hatsune smiled at us and left the room again.
"I'm so glad we're all together again." I heard Miku say.
Mikuo's POV:
I'm trying to decide whether I like Len and Rin or not. Rin is psychotic but fun and cute. Len is a potential boyfriend for Miku so I'm trying to decide whether I should be the annoying older brother that teases them, or the annoying older brother that hates the boyfriend.
Eh...I'll get there when it happens.
The doorbell rang.
"Finally! I'm starving!" I cried and ran to the door.
The pizza guy handed me the pizzas. "That'll be..."
"Yeah one of the parents'll pay for that." I cut him off and brought my treasure back to the lounge.
"Who's hungry!?" I called.
"ME!" Rin yelled.
"Too bad its all for me." I cackled.
"Arm wrestle for it?" She asked.
Of course I would give them pizza but it would be funny to watch her try to pin my arm down.
Len looked at me with a sorry expression. His eyes held a warning but also laughter.
"Okay ready?" Rin asked me. She came over to the table where I had put down the pizza.
"Yep." I replied, putting my elbow down onto the table and holding my hand out.
"Okay. Three......two......one!" As soon as she said one, she licked her hand and then pressed my arm down.
"EW!" I cried, running off to find a sink.
"THE UNDEFEATED CHAMPION!!!" Rin screamed.
When I got back Miku was laughing like a maniac and Len looked at me with sympathy. She had probably done that to him before.
Rin had scooped up the pizzas and brought them over to the table that was nearer to Miku and Len. "Aw don't just sit there and sulk." She smiled at me and held out a paper plate with a slice. "You can have some too."
"First question...can I trust that the pizza hasn't been licked?" I asked suspicously.
The crazy girl just laughed and handed me the pizza.
I looked at it dubiously before taking a bite. It tasted normal.
"I demand a rematch at some point." I announced.
Rin smiled sweetly. "Okay."
"Bad idea." Len said. "She does that every time."
"What if I wear a glove?" I smirked. Thought she was so smart now, huh?
"She'll either kick you in the shin or kiss you...depends on her mood." Was the reply.
"I renounce my demand for a rematch." I cried.
The crazy blonde laughed and took another bite of her pizza.
I needed to think of some other way to floor her.
