Rin's POV:
It was super early Wednesday morning. I don't know why but I woke up. I am an early riser but never THIS early. It was, like, five'o'clock.
I whipped out my phone and started playing some sort of stupid time passing game. A notification for a new text message popped up. It was from a new number that I didn't recognize so of course I opened it.
(*Random number): Hey is this Rin? This is Mikuo.
Rin: Oh hey! Yeah this is Rin. How'd you get my number?
Mikuo: Um...I stole it from Miku. She's sleeping so she doesn't know.
Rin: Ah. Ok.
Mikuo: So I wanted to ask you a question...
Rin: Ok. Shoot. If you've decided you want that wrestling rematch I'll take you up on that. But we'll need another prize ;)
Mikuo: No that's not it...
I waited for around ten minutes.
Rin: Are you still there?
Mikuo: Uh yeah...
Rin: Well what were you going to ask me? I HAVE to know now. You woke me up and it's five thirty!
Okay so that was me completely lying...but I wanted to know!
Mikuo: Oh! I'm sorry!
Rin: You can make it up to me by asking me your question.
Mikuo: Okay.
Mikuo: Oh gosh alright. I'm ready now.
Rin: Ooookaaaaay...
Mikuo: Wanna go out with me?
I stared down at my phone.
He did NOT!
Omigosh omigosh omigosh omigosh omigosh!!! MIKUO JUST ASKED ME OUT!?
I squealed.
Gumi jumped out of bed. "YAAAAA! What is it!?"
Then she saw my idiotic grin and ran over to look at my phone's screen.
"O. My. HOLY!" Gumi cried and then hugged me. "GIRL HE DONE ASKED YOU OUT!"
Mikuo: Uh...you there? If you don't want to that's fine...
"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR WOMAN!? SAY YES!!!" Gumi screeched.
Rin: Ermigosh YES!
Mikuo: Really!?
Rin: Yeah! Where are we going?
Mikuo: Uh...IDK.
Gumi choked. "What?"
Mikuo: I guess I was so excited I forgot to plan ahead.
Rin: Awwwww! Well you know that saying that diamonds are a girls best friend?
Mikuo: I have like no money
Rin: Because that's a lie. It's food. Lets go eat somewhere.
Mikuo: Okay! When are you free?
Rin: Friday's when I get back, and Saturday is my free day.
Mikuo: Saturday it is. I'll meet you halfway between our houses so no one suspects.
Rin: Perfect! <3
Mikuo: Bye.
I turned to Gumi. We jumped up and down, squealing our heads off.
Jervis woke up. "Wha...what's going on?"
"HE ASKED HER OUT!" Gumi yelled.
Jervis put her pillow over her head. "IT'S SIX'O'CLOCK YOU IDIOTS!"
"What a beautiful day it is today!" I smiled dreamily.
"AAAGGGHHHH!" Jervis groaned from under the pillow.
