"Hey, Roman." Roman flinched slightly as he looked back to see Logan standing there with a small smile. "You're up early."

"Yeah, uh..." Logan just rolled his eyes as he sat down at the table with his toast and jam. "I have an appointment today." Roman quickly stuffed his with his breakfast trying not to choke on it.

"An appointment?" Roman nodded as he swallowed his food down and sighed.

"Yeah, I... I started seeing a therapist." Logan froze up on the spot as Roman smiled slightly. "I've actually been seeing them for a while now."

"I'm shocked." Logan smiled as he nodded over at the other seeing how tense Roman was about the subject. "I'm proud of you Roman."

"I'm not doing it for me." Logan laughed as Roman seemed to curl up a bit.

"Regardless, you're still actively trying to get better. That's still a step in the right direction. Some people just need that extra incentive. I'm happy you found yours."

"I just... I don't want to hurt him." Logan's eyes flashed as Roman's eyes darkened. "I don't want to do to him what I did to all of you. I'm really sorry, Logan. I shouldn't have..."

"Roman, we've spoken about this. I am a consenting adult. I chose to do that. You... You weren't in your right mind. But... hopefully, with you getting the help that you need things will start to get better. Things like that... it's something you should be able to enjoy with the person you love, Roman... not something to regret and hate yourself over. I am proud of you. Whatever the reason, you're still starting somewhere."

"Yeah... It's been helping. At least a bit... Or at least I'm just noticing the changes now. I don't know. As long as it helps me not to fuck this all up, I'll gladly keep going to them." Roman smiled as he checked his watch before bolting up with a laugh. "Speaking of which, I must be off. Don't want to be late."

"Roman?" Roman froze up seeing Virgil slowly saunter in with a very sleepy look as he rubbed his tired eyes. "What you doing?"

"Virgil! Uh... Well... Actually, I have somewhere I have to be." Logan frowned as Roman clearly seemed to shut down the moment Virgil showed up. "I thought you'd still be sleeping."

"I was. I just got thirsty." Roman chuckled as he walked over and placed a soft kiss to the sleepy emo's forehead. "What was that for?"

"You're too adorable, Stormcloud." Virgil giggled softly as he hugged Roman close. "We're still on for tonight right?"

"Wait, what's tonight?" Roman tensed having actually forgotten Logan was even there. As soon as he saw Virgil, his complete focus was on him.

"Uh, well... I, um..." Roman stammered as Virgil just giggled softly. The two had both agreed not to tell anyone they were dating. Sure he's spoken to Remus and Logan both about his feeling for the younger, but he never told them to what extent their relationship was. Plus, Roman never wanted to push Virgil with anything. It was hard enough controlling himself and even then sometimes he'd go a bit to far. It was clear Virgil was still under that man's power. To scared of intimacy... scared of rejection, yet also of affection. Roman was trying his best to do everything right by Virge. The last thing he needs is to put Virgil on the spot and accidentally hurt him doing so. "M-Movie night?"

"By movie night, I hope you are referring to the one Patton's been planning for about several months now."

"Oh, shit." Virgil just laughed as he rolled his eyes. Roman crashed as he smiled sadly at the other who just shook his head. "Virge..."

"It's not a canceled date, Roman." Roman paled as his eyes shot back to Logan who was just smiling into his cup of coffee. "It's fine. I know you'll make it up. Besides, we were already planning a movie night. What's the harm with just adding a few more people?"

"Well, to be honest, Virgil, I was kinda hoping to talk with you." Virgil's eyes went wide as Roman smiled awkwardly. "It's ok though, we can do that some other time."

"You two are always 'talking' with each other." Roman groaned in annoyance as Logan laughed. "I got it. I got it. I'll stop eavesdropping... when you stop talking where I am in direct earshot."

"It's fine, Lo. I've really got to get going anyway. I can't be late." Virgil frowned as Roman pulled away with a sad smile. "I'll see you later then, Stormy. I promise."

"Wait, where are you going? Why can't you be late?"

"I'm sorry, Virgil... I just... I have to go." Virgil watched as Roman walked out of the room as his eyes narrowed in confusion.

"Lo?" Logan simply shook his head only serving to make Virgil's anxiety worse. "Oh... Ok, then. I'm sure it's nothing."

"I assure you, It isn't nothing." Virgil paled as Logan sighed softly. "It's nothing bad, Virgil. I promise you. Roman will tell you when he is ready. Until then, you must have faith. He's doing everything he can for your relationship."

"Wait, how did..."

"It's fairly obvious." Virgil frowned as he shrugged in agreement. "Virgil, I give you my word Roman is doing everything in his power to make sure the relationship lasts and that it's a healthy one... for both of you. He cares about you a lot."

"I know." Virgil's frown only grew as he shook his head and started to leave.

"I thought came for a drink?" Virgil paused only momentarily as he sighed and left for his room.

"I changed my mind. I'm just going to go back to sleep."
