"So, Kiddo? What do you think?" Virgil stood there frozen in awe as Patton giggled from the doorway. Virgil's eyes went to every little detail and he smiled a little. When Roman said they had made him a room, he was honestly just expecting a closet with a bed. This... This was so much more. Virgil's hand brushed the hand-knitted black and purple blanket smiling over at Patton who was a ball of happy. "I made that for you. I'm sure Roman already told you though. That man is literally the worst with secrets. He couldn't keep one if his life depended on it." Patton giggled as he shrugged. "He's a good man though. Did he tell you what everyone did?"

"The blanket..." Patton nodded as Virgil slowly moved to the head of the bed. His hand grazed the black and purple pillow before he picked up the handsewn bear that looked like some sort of sally inspired stitchwork bear. He spun around hugging the bear closely only to see Patton practically crying. "What?"

"Sorry, It's just... I love my dark strange son." Virgil's eyes went wide as he chuckled a bit. Roman did say he would adopt him right away. Guess he wasn't kidding.

"The pillow and..." He hugged the bear tighter as Patton nodded. "...the bear. Roman said someone named Logan did the room."

"Well for the most part yeah." Virgil nodded as he looked around with a slight frown.

"Roman said he did some wall art? He said he didn't do much." Virgil's eyes landed on the corner in his room with all the fairy lights as Patton chuckled.

"Oh, Kiddo... Roman did so much more than just the wall art." Virgil frowned as he reached out gently nudging a sliver fractured star before walking in and sitting on a beanbag. Patton stood in the entrance with a sparkle in his eyes as Virgil literally melted into the bag cuddling the bear close. The younger let out a soft content sigh as he looked over to see the painting and he lit up.

"Did Roman paint that?" Patton nodded as Virgil just smiled at it. "It's so good. Far better than any I've done."

"I wouldn't be so hard on yourself, Kiddo." Virgil chuckled as he shook his head.

"You haven't seen any of my old art." Patton shrugged as he laughed.

"Don't need to. Everyone's art is good. Think of it this way, every picture is a stepping stone. Every picture will be better than the last but that's because your growing. It's your style... your growth. No one can say you're bad because no one's style is the same. I myself draw a bit more childishly but... It's still good art. It's good because it's my own. The only bad art are the ones that are stolen. But that's not the Artist's fault, it's the thief's."

"Interesting view..." Virgil smirked as he leaned back. "Mine's still bad. There's a reason I said old art. I don't do it anymore. I'm better at writing. Roman's good though."

"Yeah well, it's not the only thing he's good at." Virgil frowned in confusion as Patton rested his hand on the framework. "Roman also built all this. Logan bought the furniture but Roman did the nook and finishing touches. All the stars ar him too."

"But he said he only did a little bit." Patton smiled as he shook his head. "That's not a little bit."

"To Roman it probably is. Roman's a very extra person." Virgil laughed as he rolled his eyes with a nod.

"He told me."

"Well did he tell you that he was the one that did Logan's room all by himself? Logan doesn't talk about it much unless its to tease him but yeah. Logan's room was Roman's gift to him. One day maybe Logan will let you see it." Virgil just nodded quietly only to jump at the sound of his door being nudge open. Patton moved away with a giggle only for Virgil to light up seeing Roman come into the nook with this sparkle in his eyes. Roman sat down on one of the cushions and just smiled.

"You lied to me." Roman frowned in sudden confusion as Virgil hugged his bear even tighter. He stuck his tongue out playfully as he looked away. "You said you didn't do much."

"I didn't." Virgil narrowed his eyes in a childish glare as Roman frowned more. "I didn't. I swear, I didn't. I just helped Logan move the furniture around. I built the nook, put up the fairy lights, painted the stars on the walls, bought the silver decor, painted a few paintings, painted the glowing stars on the ceiling, got you a defuser and oils, and..." Roman frowned as he counted his fingers only to laugh. "Ok, now I see what you mean."

"Like I said... extra." All three laughed softly as Patton sighed happily. He ruffled Roman hair making the other groan lightly with a smile. "Than again what do you expect from our resident prince."

"Oh, hush. I'm not a prince." Roman glanced between the two with a soft expression as Virgil just glanced off in thought. "I just like doing what I can. If I can help then I want to, you know."

"So you're a prince then?" Virgil smirked as he crossed his legs shooting Roman a look. "I bet you strive to be a Disney prince and everything."

"I'm sorry but what now?" Virgil laughed as he uncrossed his legs and lean in with a very sassy smirk that sent fire down Romans veins.

"Oh, I don't know... Why don't you figure it out yourself and get back to me about it, Princey." Roman gulped as he fumbled for some sort of response. It was no use.

"I'm just gonna... uh... I'm..." Roman awkwardly point out as Virgil frowned. "I'm gonna... g-go now so... uh... I guess... welcome the house?"

"Thanks, I guess." Roman nodded as he started for the exit. "Princey?" Roman froze on the spot as fire burn through his blood. He bit his lip as he glanced back to see Virgil smiling back at him. He's just too fucking cute, damn it. "Thanks. For everything..."

"N-No problem, Virgil. I'm glad you like all."
