NINE

soonha and soonyoung joined the boys for dinner. she sat between wonwoo and mingyu since soonyoung took the spot between seungcheol and hansol. soonha started eating silently along with the others, until mingyu broke the silence. "are you really not telling me the title of the song?" 

soonha shook her head, whilst the boys turned to mingyu curiosly. "what song?" seungkwan asked. "the song that me and soonyou-" soonha glared at mingyu, and that glare meant you better shut the fuck up or ill slit your throat and mingyu totally get what that means, so he just slammed his lips together and answered a 'nothing'.

the boys were obviously not convinced, so seungkwan and seokmin started pestering mingyu. "ayy mingyu hyung what song?" seungkwan said. mingyu just shook his head and continued eating.

"come on tell us! that you and who what?" seokmin said, nudging mingyus shoulder since he traded seats with jisoo. mingyu pouted as he swallowed his food. "id totally tell you but it seems like someone doesnt want me to." mingyu said, giving soonha alook.

seungkwan and seokmin followed mingyus gaze, and soon the whole table did. "what are yall looking at?" she asked sharply. she shoved a spoonful of rice in her mouth and chewed until it turned into small pieces, then she swallowed.

"what song is mingyu hyung talking about noona?" seungkwan asked. "why do you want to know?"

"you cant answer a question with a question." seokmin pointed out. she shrugged her shoulders, stood up and went to the sink. she washed her used plate and chopsticks. she got a glass of water after washing her dishes. she placed the glass on the sink and turned on the faucet, grabbed the sponge and started to wash the glass.

she placed the glass back from where she got it and dried her hand with a towel.

mingyu took the opportunity to tell the boys what music he was talking about. "me and soonyoung hyung heard something from her room earlier. i asked whats the title of the song but she didnt want to tell me."

"why do you think she doesnt want to?" jeonghan asked soonyoung, who just finished eating. soonyoung shrugged his shoulders. "you should stop asking her, she obviously doesnt want to tell you." wonwoo said, causing minghao and seungcheol to nod in agreement.

"did you guys really heard music? or is it something else?" junhui smirked and wiggled his eyebrows, causing the boys to scrunch their nose at him and grimace. "what the fuck junhui?" soonyoung grimaced and shoved junhuis shoulder.

"were literally facing food yet youre talking about that shit, youre disgusting." jihoon shook his head. meanwhile joshua sighed, "have some respect for the food guys."

junhui raised both of his palms in the air and defended himself, "why are you guys blaming me? i meant like what if the music didnt came from her room? you guys totally misunderstood it."

"we all know you meant it that way hyung." chan said, and majority of the boys nodded in agreement. junhui sighed, "whatever" and stood up to wash his dishes. soon, the boys followed his actions and went to their respective rooms whilst the others hanged in the living room.

soonha went back to her room and locked the door, she turned off her laptop and headphones since she felt sleppy, and decided to just sleep. so she did.

while minghao, hansol, junhui, jeonghan, seokim, seungkwan, soonyoung and chan were at the living room. the others were on their shared rooms (except for jihoon since he had a whole room for himself because he won rock-paper-and scissors when they were deciding). they were playing uno cards and it showed that hansol was totally winning against jeonghan.

minghao won first, followed by soonyoung, seokim, seungkwan, chan, and junhui. the boys were watching the intense battle between hansol and jeonghan. when suddenly jeonghan sneakily slipped two cards inside his pocket so he has three remaining cards.

jeonghan smiled evilly, thinking that he was definitely not caught when chan spoke up. he was this close in winning and chan just had to ruined it. "ayyy jeonghan hyung is cheating!"

"what are you talking about?" jeonghan asked ever-so innocently. the game was paused as chan proved his case about jeonghan committing a crime. "he placed two of his cards on his pocket so he could win!"

jeoghan gave up, and hansol was declared the winner of the game. jeonghan sighed, he was about to win but oh well, he guess cheater does never win. jeonghan helped them placed the cards back to the boxes and told the boys to sleep since it was late.

"cant we stay up late and watch movies?" chan asked. jeonghan shook his head. "its late, chan."

"the little guys right, just one movie please?" booseoksoon pleaded, whilst minghao just went with the flow. junhui was back to his shared room with minghao, saying that his very handsome and precious face needs to rest.

hansol just stayed at the living room too, he wanted to watch a movie. jeonghan sighed , and just told them one movie and they are off to bed. chan raised his fist in the air, as if he won a marathon and sat on the couch. 

jeonghan sat on chans right side whilst hansol sat on chans left side. booseoksoon sat on the floor while minghao was sitting alone on one couch. chan was the one who picked what movie to watch, and when he did, they all watched silently.

as the movie was nearing its ending, jeonghan, minghao, and seokmin were already slepping on their spots. chan was trying to not close his eyes and same goes to the rest. soonyoung gave up and closed his eyes and made himself comfortable.

chan placed his head on jeonghans shoulder whilst hansol quietly got up and went to his shared room with joshua silenlty, and seungkwan closed his eyes and also fell asleep on his spot. the credits of the movie started rolling, and the boys were now sleeping soundly in the living room.
