Meanwhile in district thirteen
Its been two months since I last saw Annie. I miss her so much. I've been tieing knots and doing propos, but once in a while I talk to Katniss. She even introduced me to her friend, Gale Hawthorne.
"Hey Finnick."
"Hey Katniss.'' She says approaching me at lunch.
''Remember that propo you did last night? Well, they are airing it tonight 'cause they are getting them from the Capitol.''
''Really? Thank you Katniss. Becouse of you we get loved ones back. Thank you.''
''You're welcome. Well I have to go. Want to talk later?''
''Shure. My room?''
''Ok. See you there.'' And with that she left. I go back to tieing my knot. Its the first one Annie taught me. Its also really complicated.
Four house later
I hear a knock at my door. ''Come in.''
''Hi Finnick.'' She says as she sits on the edge of my bed, like we always do when we have our little talks.
''Did you love her straight way?" Obviously shes talking about Annie.
''Kinda, we used to be best friends until I won my games. Then I used to see her in the market but I would never talk to her, that was until she got reaped for her games. We started dating like two days after that. But in a way she kinda crept up on me.''
''Wow.'' Right after that Haymitch comes barreling in the room.
''Their back. The mission was successful.'' I sit there in shock. I can't move. Katniss sgot up and started running. She then reslzed I wasn't with her. So she ran back in, grabbed my hand and pulled me to my feet. All I can think of is,
I'm gonna see Annie again.
