It was me talking to Jackson in the parking lot before leaving.

"I knew you were cheating on me, after all, I've done for you," he said while clenching his fists.

"He came up to me, you could even ask Kiera and Laylani," I said.

"Why don't you own up to being a lying bitch instead of trying to throw everyone else under the bus," he yelled in my face.

I instinctively covered my stomach and backed away, he didn't like that.

"Now I'm the bad guy!" He yelled while pushing me, "It's not my fault your a fucking slut!"

"I give you everything, and you're going around fucking people!" he screamed.

"I've never cheated on you, he just asked me why I dropped out and I responded," I said trying to calm him down.

"Your lying!" Jay yelled and pushed me on the ground.

I made sure to shield my stomach when he started hitting me. Jay usually went for my face and neck cause he knew no one would say anything if I had a black eye. It's not like I even see people besides Jay, this is the first time I left the house without him.

"Jay, please stop!" I yelled while curled up in a ball, "You're gonna hurt the baby!"

"Shut the fuck up, you should have thought of that before you started flirting with another nigga," he yelled before grabbing my throat.

He began squeezing harder than usual until the world started to go dark. I eventually gave up trying to remove his hands and welcomed the darkness. I felt my body hit the floor and incoherent words. After a few seconds, I gave up listening.

10 minutes later

I finally woke and saw that I was in Jay's bed. I sat up but was immediately pushed back down by Jay's hand.

"You should be resting, here's a new ice pack," Jay said.

Once he said that I realized I could barely see. I put the ice pack on my face and closed my eyes.

"Look, I'm sorry for not believing you," he said in a soft tone, "I asked Kiera and she told me you weren't flirting with him."

I didn't bother saying anything, I just continued to lay there. I loved Jay, but I hated how he acted sometimes. I decided the best thing to do was to just go back to sleep.

"Fine, be like that then!" Jay said while leaving the room and slamming the door on his way out causing me to flinch.

I sighed but soon fell asleep.
