"Where did you think you were going, huh!" He screamed.
"I just assumed-" I...
I saw Jay's black Lamborghini pull up next to me, and I got in. Jay looked at me, probably noticing how puffy and red my eyes were and started to drive. The car was completely silent except for my occasional sniffles. I looked out the window before I realized I didn't know where he was taking me.
"Where are we going?" I said in a weak tone.
"My house, is that cool?" he said.
I had never been to Jay's house, but I didn't want to be rude so I just nodded my head. Jay turned on NLE Choppa- Birdboy and continued driving. He had a weird look in his eyes, but I thought nothing of it. After a few minutes, we pulled up to an all-white mansion, my mouth dropped open and I could see Jay smirk from the corner of my eye.

Jay parked his car among 3 others that I didn't know the name of. Jay cut the car off and opened my door for me before I could do it myself. I thanked him and got out. Jay grabbed my hand and lead me to the front doors. I walked in first and just stared in awe at the decor, the whole home was a modern black and white theme. It was very monochrome, but it looked nice.

"This is yours?" I said in awe.
"Yeah, do you want something to eat?" he asked.
I shook my head and began looking around, it was an open floor plan so I found the living room easily. I sat down on the couch and Jay sat next to me.

"So why were you crying?" he questioned.
"You know the guy that kept making advances at me?" I said, "Well, he talked about my dad and mom, and was just really rude because I told him I wasn't interested."
"Don't worry about him, I got something for him," He said while clenching his teeth.
"Well, I should probably get going, thanks for picking me up," I said as I started to stand up.
"Wait, please don't go I messed up I'm sorry," Jay while standing up.
At that point I felt torn, I still liked Jay, but I was ready to let go. It's different now though because I can't just block him, I have to answer now.
"I honestly don't know, I really needed you, and you weren't there," I muttered.
"You never even told me what happened," he said.
"My mom brought this guy over and tried to make me sleep with him for money," I whispered while looking down.
Jay was silent for a while, but then he walked up to me and hugged me, and at that moment I knew I wanted to try again. I hugged him back and told him I wanted to get back together.
"Where are you staying?" he asked.
"I'm staying with Claire for a few months, and then I'm gonna try and get a hotel or something," I told him.
"I have a guest room, you could stay for as long as you like," he said.
"I don't know, we haven't known each other for that long, and I don't want to be a burden," I said.
"Come on, what's the worst that could happen?" he questioned."Ok, I guess that's not a bad idea," I said.
Once I agreed something changed in Jay's eyes, but it went away before I could decipher it.
"Come on, I'll show you where you can sleep," he said as he grabbed my hand and led me upstairs.
