After a few minutes, I got to the store. I gOt tired quicker because of the baby. I felt like I had run a mile. The sun was starting to set when I got to the store, and two employees were just locking up. I saw an old pink Cadillac in front of the store and realized it was the old lady.

I walked to the car and waited while she rolled down her window.

"Hi honey, I'm glad you can join me," she said in an enthusiastic tone.

"Um yeah," I replied.

I slowly got into the passenger seat, and she turned on some old music that I didn't recognize. I stayed quiet the whole time while she sang along and drove through the woods. I started to get a little nervous, but it was too late to be scared now.

"We're here!" the lady said.

I smiled at her and got out of the car. We walked up the path to the cottage, where she unlocked the door. It was a small cozy place, I liked it.

"You never told me your name, miss," I mumbled.

"Oh, dear! My apologies, my name is Dorothy, but everyone calls me Dee," she said from another room.

I had decided to just sit on the couch and wait for her to come back, but I heard the clanking of pots, so I assumed she was in the kitchen. I turned on my phone and decided to check the news.
