Chapter 7: Mr. Stalker

Two days passed after the incident. I  don't want think much of it. I just thank the Heavens that nothing happened that night except for the hickey, and thanks to the three boys that saved me.

It's a Saturday morning and I have nothing much to do so I decided to take a jog with my golden retriever Max. I hopped in my Sweat pants and my sports bra then headed out.

"Out for a jog my princess?" mom asked while drinking coffee in the living room.

"Yes mom. Kaylangan na din kasi ni Max mag Exercise." she just gave me a wide smile. I know what that smile means. Uutusan na naman niya ako. We have dozens of helpers, yet ako pa din ang hilig niyang utusan.

"When you get there can you grab my dress from your tita Selena's shop?" see? Utos. I just nodded then got Max out of his cage. Hindi naman talaga ako makakakontra kay mom.

Nag lakag na ako papunta ng garage nang makita ko si Asher. I just acted like he didn't exist and walked right pass him. I'm still dumbfounded of what he accused me.

"C'mmon Cath, you're still angry until now?" he exclaimed with frustration.

"take the hint and get lost." walang emosyon kong sabi sa kanya at pumasok na sa sasakyan, katabi ko si max. Humarang naman siya sa harap ng sasakyan para hindi ako maka alis. Aba sasagasaan ko 'tong lalaking 'to eh.

"Aiish! I didn't know what happened that night! Sorry for over reacting, I was just worried about you." how sweet. Honestly hindi ko naman talaga matitiis 'yang kapatid kong 'yan eh, nag gagalit galitan lang ako so he will try harder to ask for my forgiveness. *evil laughter*

"get out of the way o sasagasaan kita" nag pipigil ng tawa kong sabi.

"No! Not unless you forgive me!" nag pout siya at umupo sa sahig, naka indian seat pa at nag cross arms. Para siyang bata na hindi binilhan ng laruan. Lumabas ako sa sasakyan para harapin siya at nag puppy eyes naman siya nang makita niya ako.

"Okay I'll forgive you. But in one condition." I said looking at him on the floor.

"what is it?!" sumigla naman ang mukha niya.

"You will have to treat me lunch for the whole month." I said while crossing my arms. Tumayo siya agad sa kinauupan niya.

"Deal!" sabi nya at agad akong niyakap. "I f*cking miss my b*tchy sister, wala akong maaway sa bahay eh haha!". I just rolled my eyes.

"Get off me ass-face, pupunta pa kami ni Max sa Park." I said pushing him away. I laki padin ng ngisi nya.

"bati na tayo haaaa?" nag papa-cute niyang sabi.

"Oo na alis na! I have errands to run" sumakay na agad ako sa kotse at nag drive papunta sa park.

A few rounds around the park hand me tired at nag hanap ako ng bench para ma upuan. I saw one near the fountain, may lalaki naka upo doon pero nag-iisa lang siya. Umupo ako sa bakanteng space beside the man. Nag lalaro lang si Max sa harap ko. I looked up at the blue sky while sweat was dripping down from my forehead to my neck. The cold fresh air of the park swept across my face, then I got this mere feeling of being watched. Tumingin ako sa gilid ko and what I saw shocked me.

"YOU?!" he just smirked at me. Kanina pa pala siya naka titig sakin. "What are you doing here Axel?" I asked at uminom ng tubig.

"Bakit? Sayo tong park?" ang pilosopo ha? Nag tatanong ako ng maayos eh.

"wala akong sinabi na akin ang park, nag tatanong lang ako kung anong ginagawa mo dito." depensa ko.

"nag jo-jogging malamang. Halata naman sa suot ko diba" naka sweat pants siya at naka dry-fit shirt na nike. Tumayo nalang ako, kinuha ko si Max at nag lakad na palayo sa kanya. Wala talagang papatunguhan ang conversation pag siya kausap mo. "hoy Avril Lavigne! San ka pupunta? Ayaw mo ba mag jog kasama ako?" pahabol niya, hindi na ako lumingon sa kanya, iinit lang ang ulo ko. Kahit naman naka talikod ako alam kong naka ngiti siya na pang asar.
