CASSIDY'S POV
Allsion left the room, after giving me a pretty brutal beating. I didn't flinch one bit, not for her. I took the hit and just let her get her anger out. After she left I let out a groan of pain i had been holding in, i was about to a breaking point, no fight left in me. When I heard the door open again I didn't even bother to look up. I heard it close and foot steps walking, I braced myself for what ever was about to happen. I hand on my chin made me look up. I came face to face with Heath, which scared me to death because i knew what he was capable of already. I shaked his hand off and he had a look of mixed emotions on his face.
"I'm going to get you out of here," he whispers walking behind me and carefully cutting the rope away from my wrists. I was so weak that i almost fell of the chair but he caught me and sat on the ground holding me.
"Why are you helping me?" I asked looking up a little, to weak to even do a simple movement.
"Because.... I feel awful about what I did a few years back..... Am I mad you totally dropped me, yes, but no one deserves this... Not you, of all people," He whispers making me look at him weird. "Cass, you are a sweet girl, everyone knows that. You give it your all in everything and do so much for people... I should have never did what I did, and when i foudn out Austin and Keegan where behind this from Allison, i had to do something. I joined them and said I would help them, which is why i was a jerk when i came back. But really I wanted to be here for this, to help you," He says getting up and helping me as well. I couldn't even stand, he had to help me.
"Heath, this is dangerous. Do you realize what could happen if they find out you helped me out of this?" I say with a little emotion. I know Heath hurt me, hurt me really bad, but no one needs to die for me, even him.
"Cass, I owe you so much.... Sam is lucky to have you, so i need to make sure you stay alive for him," He says making me frown.
"He's in a coma Heath," I say with tears in my eyes. He shakes his head.
"No he isn't. He went missing fromt he hospital along with everyone. I went to look, he is out looking for you as we speak. Keegan is with them tho, he was helping Austin all this time," He says making my heart stop.
"Keegan?" I said with a choked voice. Keegan was a family friend, someone i took as a second brother. He is helping in this?
"Talia, we need to get her out of here," I say pointing to Talia who was still on the floor. Heath helped me sit on the ground against the wall as he went over to Talia. He felt her neck for a pulse.
"She is still alive....But her condition doesn't look good," He says picking her up bridal style and walking over to me. I grab his arm and pull myself up, leaning on him for support as we walk out. He looks around the halls before we enter the hall all the way.
"We are on the second floor, there are guys placed around the building that we need to watch for," Heath says as we move slowly through the hall looking for a way down to the first floor.
"Heath, Austin said something about a bomb. Is that true?" I asked. Heath had a look of pure shock on his face.
"He told me he wasn't going to do that plan.... We need to get out of here and make sure the others don't step foot in the building. Austin won't even blink an eyes before blowing the whole place up, even if he is in it," He says trying to open doors but they all seem to be locked. I stop and think.
"Where are my parents?" I asked making him freeze and look at me. The look on my face made my stomach flip.
"Cass.... Austin killed them days ago.... He kept a recording of them so you guys would think they were alive still... He killed them when he first found them," he says as I swallow the lump in my throat. I turn around and start limping the other way.
