"Y/n! Pranks or family?" George Weasley bellows from behind me, making me almost jump a foot in the air.

"Um, family?" I reply, not sure what brought fourth the question.

"What? Why? Pranks are so much more fun!" Fred laughs, seeming to think I'm delusional.

"Freddie, Georgie, your family is awesome. Why would you ever choose pranks over them?" I ask, unsure what they want from me.

"We're trying to decide if we should go home for Christmas, or stay here and work on the joke shop with Lee," George sums up with a shrug.

"And why do you want to know which one is more fun?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Well, we are trying to decide which one to do, you see, because family feels more like an obligation at this point, or stay here and work on the joke shop and prank the teachers who won't give us detention because it's Christmas," Fred said, slinging an arm around my shoulders.

"But it's your family! They're always going to be there. You should go," I say.

"Say Y/n, aren't you staying for Christmas?" Lee Jordan asks, coming to a stop by George.

The twins raise an eyebrow, in unnatural synch. "Oh ho ho, Y/n was trying to get rid of us!" George said with a grin, "Pray, madam, do tell us why."

"I'm not-"

"Oh is it to do with the Ravenclaw boy? What's his name again? Carmen? Or was it Cameron-" George joked.

"First of all, his name is Corbyn-" I defend, only to be met with wolf-whistles from George. I feel Fred's arm slip from my shoulders.

"Oi mate! Where you off to?" George called, craning his neck. Apparently, Fred had left the conversation. Fred didn't reply, turning a corner.

"Ow! What was that for?" I whip my head around to see George rubbing his shin, where apparently Lee had kicked him.

"Oh my word George! Do you suffer from short term memory loss or something? We were talking about it on the way here!" Lee hissed, and then turned to me with a sweet smile.

"He's probably gone to the dormitory. Go talk some sense into him while I take this idiot to the hospital wing," Lee suggested.

"Why would I need to go to the hospital wing? Nothings wrong with me-" George began, only to be cut off by Lee. "You will be needing to go if you don't keep your mouth shut. You almost let it slip." He said the last part quietly, and I think I heard whatever he said wrong.

I rolled my eyes, not wanting to witness anything, so I went in the direction I saw Fred storm off in.

Entering the common room, I see Ginny sitting with some of her friends. "Hey Gin, did you see Fred?" I ask. "Yeah, upstairs. Probably in his dorm," she answered, sounding like she didn't quite care about Fred's whereabouts.

"FYI, Harry should be coming down in a few, he's got Quidditch practice at three," I say with a grin as Ginny blushed as scarlet as her hair.

Rolling my eyes at the sound of Ginny's squeal of horror, I walk upstairs.

I walk to Fred and George and Lee's Room. I knock on the door, hearing a muffled 'come in'.

"If you're here to tell me off George-" Fred's words die in his throat.

The only thought that goes through my brain is thank God for Quidditch.

Fred was half dressed in his Quidditch robes, his glorious upper body exposed to my unworthy eyes. "Wipe the drool from your mouth L/n," Fred said with a laugh, snapping me out of my trance. I wipe my mouth, only to find out he was joking. "Like what you see?" Fred asked, walking over to me. He was still grinning. "I like what I see even when you have your clothes on," Oh shit. Why can't I just get a faster filter when talking to this boy.

Fred used his wonderful arms to corner me against the wall. I hope he kisses me.

By some miracle, my wish is fulfilled, and he kisses me. After a few moments the door bursts open.

"Oh God my eyes!" Lee screams, stumbling out of the room.

"Get a room you two!" George calls in disgust.

"We have one. You just walked into it," Fred said pulling away from me.

"Whatever. Anyway, should we tell Wood your busy, and can't make it to practice? Cause it starts in two minutes," George said, glancing at his watch. Fred swears under his breath, and grabs his shirt and his broom.

"Gotta go love," he said, pecking me on the lips, and rushing out after George and Lee.

That was a damn good kiss. And I will never ever complain about Quidditch in my life again.
