Request: hey! I have a request for your Harry Potter one-shot book, Seeker. It is about Y/n Malfoy, the daughter of a single father (bc Astoria is dead, and it adds character to her and Scorpius), Draco Malfoy, and has a twin brother, aka Scorpius Malfoy. Anyways, Y/n is like a badass bitch from the start, and she like does what she wants when she wants it. Summary: Y/n goes on a date with a guy she likes, but he breaks up with her and then she goes back to her dorm (which Albus is already in bc why not) and then Albus and Y/n get into a fight which turns into Albus confessing his feelings for her. Then iykyk they kiss for a while and then start to date. I love your work and the way your stories are so beautifully put together!
I had a date at the Three Broomsticks in an hour with Lance Wood, a guy I had been on three or four dates with. It wasn't really anything serious, it was just something we were giving at try, since we were decent friends.
"You're wearing that?" Rose commented when I stepped out of the bathroom, her and my twin brother Scorpious laying on my bed.
I rolled my eyes at her jab. It was regular jeans and a hoodie, nothing to special.
"Yeah?" I said, turning to look at them. Scorpious was frowning. "What's wrong with what she's wearing? She looks nice."
Rose rolled her eyes. "Babe, when I go on dates with you, I dress like I want to be there. And like I want you to fuck me. She's dressing like she's going to lunch with her mum." Rose said.
"Yeah, Rose, like I'd know how to dress for that." I commented, and she blushed darkly. She often seemed to forget that Scorpius and I come from a single parent household.
"What I mean is," Rose tried again. "You're not dressing like you like the guy, or particularly care what he thinks of you."
"I don't." I remark dryly.
"What Rose is trying to say is that if you liked the guy, you'd want to look nice when you see him. It's unfair that you string this poor guy along because you find him reasonable enough to tolerate. You dress nicer for our classes." Scorpious commented.
That's because I have a reason to dress nicely for class. Albus is in all of my electives.
But I'd rather die than have them know that's why I dress nicely.
"As pleasant as you two are to have around," I say, "I need to get going."
"Okay, bye." Scorpius snorted.
I made my way down the stairs, and I noticed the mop of dark brown hair in his emerald robes sitting on one of the couches, watching the staircase intently.
"Where are you going?" He asks.
Albus was clearly waiting for someone. Was he looking for me? My heart fluttered at the thought.
"Lance and I are going out." I say. I suddenly wished I had dressed nicer.
"That's a nice sweater." Albus commented. He was looking at me with a strange look on his face.
I frowned at him. I couldn't read him, one of my best friends, for the first time in the entire time I've known him.
"Have fun." He comments dryly.
"Thanks, I will." I commented, and sashayed out of the common room.

Lance was kind. And quiet. He was the complete opposite of his father, her father had said. Lance's father, Oliver Wood, was loud and easily excitable. But Lance was level headed and calm under pressure, and nothing really ever phased him.
But I kind of wish something would get a reaction out of him.
He'd just sit and listen. He never actually spoke to me when we went on a date. He was a little boring, if I'm honest.
At the end of the date, Lance looked like he was burning to say something, but he was too scared to say it.
"Look, Lance, you're great. But I don't think it's going to work out between us." I had said once he walked me back to my common room.
And Lance had smiled, and exhaled, like a weight had been lifted off of him. "Oh, thank Merlin. I'm so glad you feel the same way. You're really cool, but we just don't click."
Even though I had been the one to break it off, it still sucked a little bit to hear.
I entered the Common Room, where Scorpius was sitting and doing homework at one of the long tables.
"How was it?" Scorpius asked, not looking up from his homework.
"Really really boring." I sighed.
Scorpius raised an eyebrow at that. "How so?"
"Like...we didn't talk. We just sat there watching the other people in The Three Broomsticks. I told him now we're better off as friends, since neither of us seem to enjoy sending time together in that way, you know?"
Scorpius nodded his head. "Makes sense."
"But anyway, I'm going to go to bed now." I sighed, beginning my track up the stairs again.
I didn't really feel like speaking to anyone.
So I was understandably upset when I walked into my dorm room and Albus was sitting on my bed, waiting for me.
"What the hell are you doing?" I asked, making a point of glaring at him.
"I waited here. For you to get back."
I frowned. "Why the hell would you do that?"
"I wanted to tell you not to go out with Lance again." Albus spoke, his voice deeper than usual.
I rolled my eyes. Albus was being an idiot.
"You don't need to worry about me going out with him again. We broke it off." I sighed, moving to take my hair out of its ponytail.
"That's good." Albus comments, getting to his feet.
I turn around to look at him, a scowl on my face. "Excuse me?"
"I don't want to share."
I frown. "Excuse me?"
"I want you to be my girlfriend. Not his." Albus said, stepping up to me so we were chest to chest.
I was scared he could hear how fast my heart was beating.
"Okay."
At that simple word, Albus's lips were on mine.
