Jenvmin- Jennie, Taehyung, Jimin
-----
Jennie chuckled awkwardly and scratched the back of her neck. "What?"
The two boys shared a glance with each other before looking back at Jennie. Jimin bit his bottom lip. "I like you."
"And I do too." Taehyung...

chapter 23
A group of about five boys stood outside of the restaurant, staring at the three with a look. Jennie only recognized a few of them since they were at the party that night. Suga and Hobi, if she remembered correctly.
"What happened?" The seriousness in Taehyung's voice is prominent.
Suga, who she recognized from his white hair, stepped forward. "Melanie, she uh..." His voice trailed off when he looked at the girl beside them.
Jennie felt hands gently touch her face, and they turned her around so she was facing the person. They belonged to Jimin, whose warm brown eyes looked as pretty as she remembered them.
Jimin gave her a look, one that was asking her to trust him, and so she relaxed into his hands as a confirmation. He smiled, and gently placed his hands over her ears, preventing her from hearing the surrounding noise.
She'd gotten lost in Jimin's eyes, forgetting the mushed and blurred words that were not very clear by the people around her. The only person she could see was Jimin and the back of Taehyung's blue hair, due to their closeness.
She could see the way his eyes were a lighter shade of brown in the sunlight, and how the little mole he had above his eyebrow, and the other one right on his cheek stood out as well.
His hair blew in the wind slightly, gently caressing his forehead and thick eyebrows.
Her eyes roamed his features, taking in the beauty in front of her. Jimin was looking at one of the boys who spoke, taking in the conversation.
Then Jimin started talking, and Jennie's eyes subconsciously drifted to his pink lips. She couldn't tell what he was saying, but just the way they moved was so enchanting.
Figuring out she was staring a bit too long, she blinked herself out of it. She stood a bit straighter than before and gulped. When Jimin's eyes finally locked onto her, he smiled lightly and slowly removed his hands from her ear.
"You have until tonight." Suga announced and turned around, walking to his car.
The rest of the guys split away.
"Enjoy your night." One of the guys smirked, making Jennie shift on her feet uncomfortably.
Taehyung flipped his finger and the same guy laughed loudly.
The two cars drove off at a speed Jennie was sure was illegal. They didn't seem to care as their loud exhaust engines followed after them, completely leaving their sight.
"I'm sorry if that was uncomfortable." Jimin apologized sheepishly, an apologetic look spreading on his face as he looked at Jennie.
She nodded understandably, even though she wanted to know what those guys were doing there.
Taehyung turned to face the pink haired boy. "How did they track us here, Jimin?"
The pink hair boy shrugged and looked at something behind him.
"I don't know Tae, why don't ask your friend, Oliver?" Jimin accused and tilted his head over to where Oliver, the waiter, stood by the side of the building, coincidentally walking away after the cars left.
Even Jennie could tell he had something to do with it from the way his shoulders looked stiff.
"Of course." Taehyung sighed deeply and looked up at the sky as if he were saying something in his head.
They were silent for a moment, just looking at the few cars that passed by feeling the gentle breeze from the wind before Jimin spoke up.
"Do you want him to drop you off at work?" He asked Jennie, still staring at the cars that passed by.
She thought for a second before answering. "Yea, that's fine."
Jimin nodded, and they began walking away from the restaurant, heading to the black car that belonged to Taehyung. They jumped into the car and soon were on the road.
It was a tad bit tense, but the Kpop music that Jimin played made up for it. Her cheeks warmed when she realized he was playing Home, her favorite song. They remembered, again.
The sight of the pretty buildings made her feel comfortable as well. For some reason, she felt as if she were actually home.
She felt safe being with these boys; staring out at the city and listening to upbeat music. It made her warm inside, and happy, even if seconds ago there was trouble brewing right before her eyes. Now, being in this car, it felt like home.
Suddenly, Jimin's soft vocals began to sing along with the words, even the Korean parts that Jennie had yet to learn.
"You can speak Korean!?" She was amazed at how he didn't mumble or stutter with the foreign language.
He smiled widely and glanced at her from the mirror. "A little. I learned some from Tae."
Wow. Jennie thought. How were they so... cool? They were just so cool, she could think of a better word at that moment. It blew her mind.
She didn't want the ride to be over, and when she saw the 'Welcome to Lakewood' sign, she sighed. She wasn't ready to be back to her regular life. Especially the part where she worked at Walmart. Man, were there some really weird customers.
When they arrived in the parking lot, she thanked the two guys for the food and ride, and got out of the car. She was careful to close the door, and she stepped back to where her own car would be.
She saw Jimin wave from the window and she waved back, Taehyung doing the same. Then, they were gone. And the further they drove off, she could feel a little part of her missing.
She unlocked her car and decided to head to her house since she had 2 hours to kill before work. But then she considered her family might be there, and the idea didn't look very appealing anymore.
She ended up just passing the time in her car and spent time alone thinking about the day.
She prayed for whatever the reason the two boys were confronted that evening, that they would solve it peacefully.
