"Woaaaaahhh Tee tee you got me a monn-ser truck!" Kj said as we opened Christmas gifts.
"You like it stink?" I laughed.
"Yess I like it! Mama, see?" He showed Raelyn.
"I see baby. That's cool!"
Everyone was at our house this year for Christmas. Raelyn and Kameron, I don't really know what they had going on. They came together, so I guess that means Raelyn's back at home. But they haven't really said anything to each other since they've been here. Little stuff, like, "did you bring this" or "give him this", but they aren't really like they usually are, which I get.
"Papa and Nina look!!! I got a Barbie camper!" London screamed a she jumped up and down.
"Wowwww who's that from Pumpkin?" Tonya asked.
"I dunno I can't read it!" She said making us laugh.
"That's from me Lo!" Kam smiled.
"Tank youuuuu Kam bam!" She hugged him.

This Christmas was little bit awkward. I mean I guess I see why, but I didn't like it. With Kam and Rae not really on good terms right now, it made the vibe weird. Everything seemed forced.
Eventually, Maurice and Nyla (his daughter) came by and lightened the mood a little bit. Then Lex came, since he was on Christmas break.

"...and we talked about it. I don't wanna break up with him..I love him too much for that. But I need a break from him. I don't wanna look at him everyday right now." Raelyn said as we talked in my room.
I sighed. "Yeah, that's probably best for you right now. Where you been staying since then?"
"Girl I stayed in a hotel downtown until yesterday." She slightly laughed. "And I um..."
"What?" I looked at her.
"I'm pregnant."
MY STOMACH DROPPED.
"Raelyn what????" I semi yelled.
"Shush girl!" She said back.
"Oh my god does he know?"
"No. Nobody does. I trust you enough to NOT tell anyone. I'll tell everybody when I'm ready."
"Well, don't hold out too long. Y'all might not be on the best terms right now, but that is your baby daddy." I said. "...Right?"
She hit my arm. "Paris shut the hell up."
We both laughed.
"How far along are you?"
"I don't know. I just took a test last week."
"So before any of this even happened."
"Yep." She sighed.
"How do you feel? Do you see yourself gaining weight?"
"I do. And it's frustrating. I'm just to irritated with Kam right now I don't even wanna have a full conversation with him—let alone about another baby."
"Well I always got you." I said as I started to tear up.
"Why you crying boo?" She said as she hugged me.
"I don't know...I think I just...love you and Kam and I don't want y'all to break up." I said as I tried to figure out why I was even crying.
She laughed. "Well, it's gonna take a minute for me to look at him the same anymore."
"I wish I could smoke a doobie witchu right now." I said as I wiped my face.
"Ughhh I wish too!" She laughed.
Meanwhile, in the living room Omniscient
"I told yo ass once, and ima tell you again—you a dumb muhfucka for doing what you did nigga. No it ain't what you wanna hear, but I raised you better than that. You the LAST of my kids I expected to cheat on somebody." Abe (Paris and Kam's dad) said.
"Now you making me sound like I'm a cheater, dude come on." Kam said.
"Nigga you are!" Maurice, Abe, and Adrian said.
"We talked about it. And I apologized. She said she just need a lil break and I completely understand that. Ion wanna go out and buy her a gang of materialistic shit to show my sincerity, I just wanna give her her space and just be honest with her from now on. I don't know what got into me but I swear it's done." Kam said.
"Set a mothafucking example for yo son, homie. For real. You don't make somebody yo wife just to go and cheat on them barely a year and a half later." Abe said. "And no, I'm not gone shut up about cause I'm not gone tell you what you wanna hear. Ima keep reminding you of how dumb the choice that you made was, so you won't be stupid enough to do it again."
"I hear you." Kam sighed.
"How y'all doing the whole living situation?" Adrian asked as he opened a bottle of beer.
"She don't wanna tell nobody about this, cause it's embarrassing to her...which I completely understand. So she don't wanna ask her grandma to stay with her, which is the only family she got out here, so she gone stay at home, but we not sleeping in the same room. I guess she gone get our bedroom and I got the guest room."
"You better get right homie." Maurice said.
For the rest of the afternoon, Paris and Raelyn stayed in the room and talked, the guys were in the living room playing the PlayStation, and the kids were in London's room that she had at Paris and Adrian's house.
