Ashley's POV—
"Do you really need all of these dresses?" I ask Sasha as she piles the dresses up on the counter of the check out section of the store.
"How can you even ask something like that? Of course I need all of these dresses." she tells me, as a matter of factly. I can only shake my head as Isabella sighs.
"How come whenever we go shopping, you always leave with more clothes then Ashley and me combined?" she asks, making Sasha shrug her shoulders.
"I have no idea...but it's not like I'm complaining," she says as she brushes her hair behind her shoulders.
Once she pays for all her new clothes, we walk out of the store and continue to wander the mall, heading straight for the fountain in the middle of the mall and sit down at an empty table to put down our bags.
"Ok. We wanna check out another store?" Sasha asks, raising her eyebrows in suggestion.
If there's one thing I know about Sasha, well one of the things I know about her, is that she absolutely loves shopping. It's practically a survival thing for her because it honestly seems like she can't even go one week without walking into a store, even if it's just to look at things. But more often than not, she always ends up buying at least something.
And clothes are what she likes to shop for the most.
"No way. If you want to go to another store, go without me. I'm starving," Isabella says as she looks around the mall in search for food.
"Boo, you're no fun...alright...Ashley, you can come with me," she suggests as she leans her elbows on the table, leaning towards me.
"No, I think I'll pass too." I tell her.
"What? You too?" she asks, pouting at me.
"Yeah. There's a couple of things I need to do," I tell her as I grab my bags and get up from my seat.
"Need a ride?" she asks me.
"You don't have to give me a ride. I can call someone," I tell her, not wanting to pull her away from what she loves the most.
Shopping.
"Ahhh...whelp. If you change your mind, call me. Later Ash," Sasha says as she whips out her phone.
With my bags in my hand, I start heading towards the exit of the mall. Sighing, I pull out my phone and start ringing up mom. She doesn't answer. Shoot. It's Wednesday. I forgot that she has some meeting today.
I try Ben next. But it's no good.
Liz and Will are on a date so I doubt that they'll want to come and drive me to where I want to go, which is home so I can grab a couple of things and put the clothes in these bags in my part of the huge walk in closet I share with Evan.
I have no idea how she can stand to look at all the clothes sprawled on her side of the room. It's messy. Like, really messy and kind of gross if you ask me.
Actually.
It's really gross.
No one else answers when I call them, making me really frustrated.
"Great. I guess I could just sit around and wait for Sasha to get her fix of a shopping spree, but that could take forever...who else can I call to see if they'd give me a ride home," I trail off as I scroll through my contacts list.
I can only groan as her name slides up into me view, making me cringe at the thought of asking her to give me a ride home. Knowing her, she won't agree to do it. Not like I want her to. But then again, she's the last one I can call to get me a ride back home. If she says no, I can always just go back to Sasha and Isabella and wait it out.
