Chapter Thirty-Five - Pressure

"Wow, guys, what brought this on?" Schue beamed, clapping as he walked up onto the stage.

"Well, given that we already have one song for Nationals in the bag, we thought we should think of the others, and what's more vintage than disco?" Blaine exclaimed.

Santana coughed loudly, "Yes because let's include another song on our setlist where Blaine and/or Poppy sing about fucking each other."

I rolled my eyes, giving her a playful nudge. "Yes, because dancing means having sex."

"She's juicy and she's trouble, she gets it to me good," Santana harshly repeated the lyrics of the song. She did have a point.

"Disco would be perfect for Nationals!" Schue exclaimed, purposely ignoring me and Santana, "I don't know if I ever told you guys this, but back when I was in Glee Club, we took it all the way to Nationals with the pure power of unadulterated disco." He nodded, going into some sort of flashback trance where he kept nodding.

"Um, well, there's only one problem with that idea," Puck scoffed.

"And what's that?" Schue asked, confused.

Half of the glee club responded which yelling, "Disco sucks!"

"I'm just so upset because the suit sounds amazing but I am honoured that Mr Schuester asked me to help out, and I suppose it's all for a reason," Blaine sighed, we had been getting our usual coffee fix, as Blaine informed me he was asked to work on a number with Mr Schue, Sue and Joe.

"I just can't believe everyone dislikes disco," I complained back, "nothing like the Weather Girls, which if Disco is the theme for this week, I will be performing, and with you."

Blaine chuckled, "As much as I would love to embrace my full bisexuality and perform that with you, we're doing the album Saturday Night Fever, though any other time." I chuckled, taking a sip of my latte, "Hey, I've got a free house tomorrow night, wanna come over?"
