Chapter Sixty-Eight - You Make Me Feel So Young
I had been walking out of my first class when I spotted Serena in a deep conversation with a dark-blonde haired girl, which didn't seem to be going too positive. I didn't want to interrupt though the girl had just walked away and before I knew it Serena was calling me over. "Hey Poppy, wait up."
"Is that your friend Blair?" I questioned, noticing the tension.
She shook her head, "No that's Juliet, Nate's new girlfriend who seems to be trying to keep me out of Hamilton House and split me and Blair up! You'd think I wouldn't have to be dealing with this on the second day of college."
"Nothing wrong with a bit of drama to spice life up," I joked, trying to make light of the situation.
Serena chuckled, "You make a point. Anyways, I need to speak with Blair and a fw people to try and sort this all out, but you on the other hand need to get a dress and a suit for you and your mans because you're coming to Soho's Fashion Night Out with us."
Kurt had been going on about the event ever since Freddie had managed to secure two tickets for the both of them, my eyes widened. "Are you sure?"
"Trust me," Serena winked, "you're not going to want to miss it."
As soon as Serena left me I called up Kurt, "Hey, what's up, I can't speak for long I've got class in five."
"You'll never guess what, Serena invited me and Blaine to Soho's Fashion Night Out tonight!" I squealed into the phone.
"Oh my god, Blaine was just saying how you met her and became friends, and now I have soembody to talk to about fashion besides Freddie!" Kurt exclaimed.
I smiled, happy he was happy I was coming, "All I need now is to get a dress, I heard people don't really dress lightly for these things."
"Meet me at Fifth at three?" Kurt suggested, "I know a place."
We were sat in some high end boutique that Kurt seemed to be very accquainted with as he handed me three dresses he selected. Usually I would insist on choosing my own, but I trusted Kurt's taste the most.
