When meng yao had announced for the last time. Wei ying had stepped forward smirking. "Lan Zhan can I get your forehead ribbon just this once please" wei ying said giving him the bambi eyes which no one had ever refused to.

"Fine" wei ying said when lan Zhan had not replied. As much as lan Zhan had wanted to give him his forehead ribbon he couldn't do it.

Wei ying stepped forward with a smirk at that moment jiang cheng knew that wei ying was about to do something big. Wei ying took the black ribbon covering his hand and covered his eyes when he tightened the knot of the blindfold. He walked forward.

He took the bow and four arrows from the disciple. Everybody watching this were shook jin Zixun scoffed thinking that he was going to fail. Oh how wrong was he.

Jiang cheng called wei ying a show off but smiled anyways. Wei ying had walked forward for a moment he stood still some thought that he was giving up. But when they saw him turning his body graciously positioning the four arrows in his hand. He still had the sly smirk in his face when he had shot the Arrow. It had hit all the target's at point. When he had removed his blindfold he smiled when he saw none of the wen clan members hurt. People had started clapping for him even shijie, the peacock,his brother and lan xichen himself.

Meng yao couldn't hold in his jealousy in but he smiled anyways. "This round was a child's play anyways how about we start the actual hunting now". Meng yao said wei ying couldn't care less about what he just said he just wanted to impress his shijie ,brother and a certain lan.

Lan Zhan couldn't believe what he had just seen did wei ying just do that. He was mesmerized by his soulmates beauty. Even with a blindfold on he looked ethereal.

"Fine, lets start" wei ying said getting ready for the night hunt. "Which ever sect gets most of the hunts wins". Meng yao said.

When wei ying had entered the forest alone he went by a corner where there was less sand and sat down. He took chenqing in his hand and started playing it. This time there was no resentful energy it was just beauty , one who had listened to the melody would be hypnotised by its beauty.

On the other side jiang yanli and jin zixuan were walking peacefully talking about the snake which lurks around the forest. Lan Zhan and lan xichen were walking in the forest along with their disciples. Jiang cheng was busy hunting spirits.

While wei ying was trying to take a nap alone in the forest. It was a peaceful atmosphere until jin zixun had showed up with his disciples. "Wei Wuxian where are you!" Jin zixun screamed. Oh , what a good luck wei ying had today jiang cheng had finally found his brother in the bush , yanli and zixuan were just happening to pass by when they saw jin zixun screaming at wei ying.

"Aiya who are you now and what do you want" wei ying sighed he was tired for the love of god. People were amazed when they heard wei ying asking the jin zixun who he was. His shijie was laughing silently jin zixuan was happy to see her like that , even if  it was coming from his arrogant brother." Aah shijie let's go together and the peacock can join too". The peacocks eyes widened was wei ying actually being nice to him , oh he wasn't going to miss the chance.

When he went towards the pair jin zixun screamed at him once again"wei Wuxian stop. Who do you think you are." Wei ying sighed once again " didn't you just say my name." Wei ying said. Jiang cheng who was watching this from afar laughed slightly this time.

"Wei Wuxian" jing cheng called wei ying out. When wei ying looked at him he smiled "aah A'cheng your here at the right time can you please carry your dear brother he's very tired please " wei ying said cutely. Jiang cheng sighed " I will when I break your legs ". Wei ying pouts " fine I'll ask someone else then". Wei ying sassed. Jin zixun who had been watching this had turned red in rage.
