All the sect leaders had gathered together today on the occasion of wei Wuxian's birthday in fragrance hall. A banquet was being organised by the lan clan to celebrate and announce something really important.

The sect leaders had already assumed that it was about the marriage. Jin guangshan had been quite angry when he heard that "let's just not assume anything as of now and let the masters come and announce." Meng yao said smiling at the leaders.

Deep inside both jin guangyao and guangshan had been really angry. They had wanted that boy all for themselves but, the darned lan sect had to take him away from them.

Nie mingjue and nie huaisang sat together happily chatting with eachother. The whole cultivation world was in a frenzy today, the man who they had assumed dead was alive and well and here they were celebrating his birthday.

Baling ouyang sect leader had despised wei Wuxian yet he had showed up today. "Why is everybody so gloomy today we should be happy that young master wei is back and doing well." Nie mingjue boomed which started the whole room.

They had agreed with eachother and started talking with eachother happily. Soon lan qiren and his nephews had entered the hall. Lan Zhan and lan xichen walked with eachother carrying their swords.

Behind them the jiang sect members jiang cheng, jiang yanli and wei ying came walking. Jiang cheng helped wei Ying walk properly by holding his arms. Lan Zhan had insisted that he should be allowed to help wei Ying but lan qiren had started chanting the sect rules.

Wei ying was busy admiring the bracelet lan zhan gave him not looking at the stares people gave him. When wei ying finally looked up he saw the shocked stares of the leaders he grinned at them.

"Jiang cheng they must have really thought that I died." Wei ying whispered to his brother. " No. They are just shocked to see you doing well." Jiang cheng said helping his brother sit down.

Lan Zhan was seated right in front of wei Ying in the row on the other side of the room. Wei ying winked at his soulmate just receive a blank stare which made wei Ying pout.

Suddenly a voice boomed inside the hall "young master wei we are happy to see you doing well." Nie clan leader said the whole hall had started agreeing saying 'yes'. Wei ying just smiled at nie clan leader and said thank you.

They had started the feast after offering their blessings and gifts to wei ying. Jin guangshan had kept on staring at wei ying which Jiang cheng had noticed but he chose not to say anything.

"Cheng cheng look lan Zhan gifted me this" wei Ying said excitedly showing his brother the bunny bracelet. Jiang cheng slightly smiled at the sight of the bunny which made wei Ying happy.

"Mn it looks good brat." Jiang cheng said looking at wei ying who was busy showing it off to the peacock and his sister.

Yanli just smiled at wei ying before praising it's beauty. "It looks good A'xian" she said patting his head. Wei ying had received several gifts but the only thing which he admired was the bracelet lan Zhan gave him.

Lan zhan's heart swelled with pride and happiness when he saw wei Ying showing off the bracelet he gave him. Xichen who saw his brother's eyes soften, smiled at him Feeling happy.

"Grandmaster lan qiren, what is it that you had to announce." Jin guangshan asked the man who was calmly seated down. Wei ying furrowed his eyebrows taking another sip of the emeperors smile but shrugged it off anyways.

Lan qiren looked at wangji and xichen who just nodded their head looking at wei ying who was busy enjoying his food. Jiang cheng looked at his brother sighing before standing up.
