10 years later Age 16 Naruto

"So what will you choose little brother? Your revenge, or our dear sister?"

Itachi's voice curled around Sasuke's ears as they both turned towards Y/N.  She was on her knees, her cheek turned towards the floor as her hands were tied tightly behind her back. Sasuke's lips curled in anger. She was passed out from the pain inflicted on her, small amounts of blood trickled out of her mouth.

"What have you done to her?" Sasuke practically growled as Itachi let a slow smirk spread across his face.

"Make your choice little brother. The little lamb will soon be slaughtered when my partner arrives." Itachi turned and left quickly in the opposit direction, every bone in Sasuke's body burning to follow him and to teach him a lesson. He almost did, his hands gripping the window as he was about to push himself up and over. 

Her mouth opened in a tiny, pain filled groan, and everything in Sasuke's body paused. He turned and stared at her as she was struggling on the floor, her limbs moving sluggishly and slowly.

"Naruto?" She questioned  with her eyes closed tight, the pain in Sasuke's chest flared. "N-Naruto?" She whispered louder this time as he slowly walked near her. He didn't say anything as he approached her from behind. Sasuke raised his kunai and pointed it at her back, slowly thinking to himself.

"Naruto." She repeated, this time a tearful sob. Sasuke bit his lip as he remembered the stupid idiot that had loved her half his life. "Please help." She whimpered pitifully as her hands ached with the pain from struggling against the tight ropes.

"I'm here." Sasuke's deep voice said as he striked at her.

A deep sigh of relief escaped her throat as she could feel the blood rush back to her hands, a sob tearing from her throat as she turned to Sasuke. She threw herself into his arms as she held him tight. Sasuke paused, but ultimately hug her back as she burried her face into his chest.

"I knew you'd come for me Naruto-Kun." Y/N sobbed into Sasuke's chest as his mouth opened widely.

"Naruto?" Sasuke asked, his voice still gruff from the terrain he fought through.

"Naruto-kun, I can't see." Y/N looked up and Sasuke looked straight into her face, a tear running down his own face as he saw the state she was in.

Blood was pouring out of her eye sockets, and the e/c they used to shine with was dull.

"Y/N.." Sasuke muttered as he realized that Itachi had sniffed out her light. "Your eyes... can you use your sharingan?"

"No." She sobbed. "I was under his genjutsu for so long." Y/N sobbed.

Sasuke gripped her tighter.  "That bastard." He muttered painfully, gently stroking her back. She sniffles tearfully.

"It's so dark Naruto-kun." Y/N tearfully cried as Sasuke lifted her onto his back, his hands clutching her legs tightly.

"Don't worry. I'll get you back." Sasuke was screaming to go after Itachi, but he would have to wait.

"Okay Naruto-kun." Y/N said with a lazy but tearful smile, knowing she was in safe hands. Her eye shut as Sasuke went flying through the window in the opposit direction. He had seen Naruto earlier, running through the forest like a wild madman.

"Little too late dobe." Sasuke muttered under his breath, listening to the quiet breathing of his sister. She was sleeping quietly, a relieved smile on his face.

Sasuke ran until he could hear the commotion, he could sense the powerful chakra of Naruto coming through. Just like siblings, he could always sense Naruto.
