Joshua was being all stubborn because of a particular reason. He whines while nuzzling the blanket to his nose.
"What's the problem, baby?" there was this bothering frown placed on Joshua's thick brow.
"I-I don't—" he started but then stopped when let out a frustrating exhale.
"Just tell me, Joshy." it didn't help though, when your thumb rubbing his cheek, you felt him attempting to shift on his seat which made you ruffle because you were seating on his lap.
"Joshua T. Bassett tell me your flunking problem." you scolded, that made him caught off guard at how serious you are.
"It's just work a-and—" Joshua took a sharp breath when you brushed you lips on his forehead. You couldn't help but to suppress a giggle when you squeeze his cheeks altogether making a adorable and goofy look.
"C-Could you do that again? It feels nice, Y/N." seizing his cheeks, drawing him closer to you. You could feel him smile as you smack your lips on his forehead.
"That really works, Y/N." he brush a strand of your hair away, admiring the gentleness of your touch.
"Another one please, Y/N?"
