(For this chapter, I'd recommend playing the song above. This will add to the experience. Thank you!)
Y/N ran to the bathroom to take a quick shower, rinsing off the day's dirt and sweat. She got ready carefully, yet still at an amazing speed. Pinning her hair up, Y/N pulled on a simple but pretty blouse over black leggings.
The front door opened, signalling Chikara had arrived home. Y/N was nervous on how he'd react to her going out, and she only got more nervous as he walked over to her room.
"Oi, Y/N." He called, his eyes on his phone. "I'm home- Wow." Chikara had looked up to see Y/N dressed up, extremely unlike her.
Y/N rolled her eyes. "Just tell me what's wrong with it. I don't have much time left."
Her older cousin looked around, then an idea popped into his head. "Wait a second!" He ran out the room and Y/N was left staring at the empty space that was just filled with Ennoshita Chikara. She glanced at her phone real quick. A notification pinged and she pounced on it, scrambling to unlock her phone.
The message read:
Tsukki🌙: Change of plans... I'm picking you up.
Y/N smiled. It was cute how he was so clueless on what to do. Wait. Meh, whatever, it's true.
Y/N-ie: Okok! See youuuuu
The message sent, and Chikara zoomed back into the room. "I got it!" He held up a small silver brooch in the shape of a star and carefully pinned it on the front of Y/N's shirt.
The clasp was secured, and the doorbell rang. Y/N said, "I'll get it!" but Chikara was fast. After all, he wanted to see why Y/N was going out late at night.
Tsukishima POV (It's been a while, huh?):
I got home soon, and immediately ran past Akiteru and into my room to look for something to wear. And plans! I had the perfect thing to do that I had been waiting for forever.
Maybe she'd enjoy this...
I shot her a message saying I'd pick her up instead. I finally just threw on the nearest clothes, I didn't want to deal with too much of a mess after coming back.
"ooOooooOoOoh Keiiiiiiiii~" Aki said, looking over the clothes I had just picked.
"Ne-san? Well I'm going out. Don't be extra about it." I responded, and grabbed my phone. Y/N had responded agreement.
Akiteru just chuckled knowingly. "Tell your date I said hello then."
I paused to shoot him an evil glare, but he just laughed harder. "No way! Actually? A date? YOU?!"
"...Bye."
I jogged over to Y/N's house and rang the doorbell, waiting for the girl inside.
3rd Person POV:
Chikara opened the door to see Tsukishima waiting at the front. The younger of the two bowed and said, "Ennoshita-san. May I borrow Y/N for the evening?"
"Oh! Sure!" Y/N's cousin was caught off guard. "Make sure she's home in no more than a few hours, okay?"
Tsukishima bowed again. "Of course. Thank you!"
And Y/N walked behind Chikara, and whacked him in the back of the head. "I can take care of myself, thank you very much."
She walked out the doorway and waved a goodbye, the opposite mood she'd been in no more than a second ago. And with that mood, the two first years walked side by side out into the night.
She looked at the tall boy, he had worn a black v-neck with dark colored jeans, and he had a small bag slung around his shoulder, which made Y/N extremely curious.
"So, where are we going?" Y/N smiled up at Kei, who slowly smirked back.
"How about floor seats to a certain concert?" He held up two tickets to BTS's MOTS: 7 concert as the girl lost it. (Forget all the logistic problems with this please?)
She stammered, "K-kei! How'd you manage to land such expensive tickets? When? This must've sold out months ago? Floor seats... Don't tell me you obsessively clicked at supersonic speed like ARMY does?"
With a glasses push, he proudly responded, "Of course I did. And I was originally going to go with my older brother but this company is way better."
Y/N flushed and hugged Tsukishima's side happily. Two dreams in one, huh?
They rode on the bus to Fukuoka and arrived a while earlier, so they could get to the best possible spots they could.
And from the bag, an ARMY bomb lightstick was pulled out as the two shared it, growing more and more excited as the concert hall's lights dimmed while the lightsticks lit up like fireflies. (Fun fact Kei actually means fireflies)
The music throbbed, and the pair enjoyed each other's company as well as the powerful lyrics in a different language.
With the last song finishing, Seokjin stepped out for his solo song, Moon.
His high voice carried tons of impact and with the fans echoing the sound all around, the moment was surreal.
Y/N smiled. She was so happy here, surrounded by the music that had helped her fight her deepest demons. Tsukishima looked over at her glowing expression.
The music wound around them, pulsing to the beat as if they were one being.
(Do you suddenly think if you are looking at me now oh oh)
문득 생각해 너도 날 지금 보고 있을까 oh ohShe was just so beautiful, with the stage lights flashing around them, he couldn't help it. He really was in love.
Y/N looked back at Tsukishima, and saw his shining eyes.
(Will my painful wounds catch you all oh oh)
내 아픈 상처까지 네게 다 들키진 않을까 oh ohBefore they even realized it, their lips had met in a dance so like the figures on the stage. In that moment, it was just them. No waves of people, no idols, just them and their music. They didn't even notice when one of the members had looked their way.
Why would they notice anyone else when they had each other?
~Time skip~
It was hours later and the concert had ended. It was late in the night, so deep that the stars had come out and the walk back to the Ennoshita residence was pleasantly cool.
Kei walked her right up to the doorstep, and Y/N hesitated, then pulled him into a hug which he was caught off guard by.
"Kei... this whole thing was so perfect, it felt like a dream. Thank you." She mumbled into the fabric of his shirt.
He leaned down and hugged her back. No, thank you.
She let go and Tsukishima waved goodbye as she dipped into her house. Because after all, all good things must come to an end.
A/N:
Unlike this storyyyyyyyy!!!! I have so much to comment on but I won't, I'm more interested in you guys' comments and intake. This pretty much had nothing to do with the Haikyuu plot and near nothing with Haikyuu itself, so sorry...
I actually asked my sister for help brainstorming ideas for le first date and her idea was a concert because of all the music stuff...
Again, sorry if you couldn't really feel this, I'll try to get back into the Haikyuu plot ASAP, okay?
Vote and comment on parts you like, as always!
