"Were you so eager to persuade me?" tanong ko kay Eve ngayon pagkatapos naming kumain.
Right after the competition, he gave me a luxury box containing this elegant dress. It's a black tulle off shoulder dress. Mas maikli ang unahan kumpara sa likuran. Sa kaniya ako sumabay pauwi. He let me shower again and do my thing before fetching me again.
I never thought that he can be more good looking when wearing a suit.
He chuckled. "It's not a question. I wouldn't consider a no."
Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.
"I would still court you even if you say no," aniya at tumayo.
He led me to the center.
"Aren't you tired?
I chuckled and hold the sides of my dress while bowing a little. Copying what he did, but in a womanly manner.
"I do ballet," I stated the obvious.
"You'll be astounded by my dancing skills," humalakhak siya.
We did the old style of dancing. Iyong magkatapat ang kamay tapos ay iikot. The musical version of Stay With Me by Sam Smith was playing in the background.
I don't want to ruin the moment by talking and talking, but I want to explain my side.
"I don't usually wear heels," sabi ko. "I barely remember the last time I wore one."
"When you're with me," he twirled me. "Bare feet is fine."
Tumawa ako.
"I want to see you wearing your white gown," I said while doing the steps around him. "Kaso baka ma-jinx."
"Do you want to see me wearing nothing instead?" tuya niya.
His left hand is holding my hand tight.
I learned this because when I was young, I liked Toby. My young heart wanted to make a move on him. I laugh at the thought. Those are the times when I haven't learn yet that Toby is gay.
"My Mother taught us this kind of dance," aniya at inikot ikot ako.
Namangha ako pero hindi ko iyon pinakita. I got nervous just the mere thought of his Mother.
