Sophie's POV

"Come on wake up wake up wake up! Your about to meet the man of your dreams!" Lauren laughed jumping up and down on my bed.

"What the hell time is it?" I asked laughing as I wiped at the sleep in my eyes making my eyelids extra heavy.

"It's 8:30! We have our hair appointments in a half hour!" She said getting off the bed.

I put my hands over my face and fell back into the pillow letting out a small groan. I was so tired and I don't know why. I didn't even drink a lot last night as I wanted to keep a clear head for today. I wanted him to meet the real me, not the hungover I don't want to be here me. I pulled my hands away after a few minutes and looked over at her.

"Your not having second thoughts are you?" Lauren asked sitting down on the bed gently her demeanor changing, become more soft and caring.

"No, not at all" I said with a smile sitting up in the bed.

"Soph, I never really expressed me real thoughts on this whole decision. I won't lie at first I really thought you were nuts. I mean it still is kind of a bizarre situation, you are about to change your whole life for a man that you don't even know. Then when I found out you were marrying a celebrity I was extra skeptical, thinking that maybe just maybe you were doing this for the wrong reason. But I can tell that your not. I can see in you that you are confident in this decision and that you are going to give this marriage your all. I wish the best for you and I am here with you through this whole thing. I hope you really get the man of your dreams today" she said grabbing my hand and squeezing it.

I looked up at her with a smile on my face. It was nice to finally have my best friend understand my situation and be supportive of what I was doing. I felt a few tears slide down my face as I pulled her in for a hug.

"Thank you Lauren, thank you for finally understanding and supporting me in this."

"Of course girl, what are friends for, alright now get your ass out of this bed so we don't miss your hair appointment" she laughed.

******

It was around 1:45 and we were all meeting at my parents house since they lived in Cottonwood Heights, the house that was closest to Louland Falls, to get ready. It wasn't your normal bridal party getting ready situation. There was no photographer, unless you count my Mom with a cellphone, there was no Bride and Bride Tribe silk robes being worn by myself or the bridal party. It was just myself, my Mom, Lauren, Bethany and Brittany.

The girls got themselves ready, slipping into their pink bridesmaids dresses and came over helping me get into my dress. I stepped into it and pulled it up as the girls started buttoning the back. My Mom left for a moment only to return with my veil draped in her arms. She waited until the girls finished up before stepping behind me and placing the comb into my hair that would keep the veil in place.

"You look beautiful honey" she said smiling, a tear falling from her eye.

"Oh Mom, your going to make me cry and I'll ruin my makeup" I laughed pulling her in and hugging her.

"Okay, enough of this. The limo is waiting for us outside" she laughed as she wiped at her eyes. The five of us walked out of my childhood home and climbed into the white limo.

"So when you see him, what do you think it's going to feel like?" Bethany asked.

"I don't know, like meeting a stranger" I laughed.

"No I mean, if it is someone you know of are you going to act like a fan girl and be super giddy when you are standing up there at the altar with him?" she said rephrasing her question.
