Chapter 7

"Ladies and gentlemen help me in welcoming Mr. and Mrs. Austin Post" the DJ exclaimed as we walked through the doors to Happy by Will Pharrell.

The room erupted in cheers as he held my hand, my other hand holding onto my flowers and my dress, huge smiles on our faces. He stopped me in the middle of the dance floor wrapping his arms around my waist  pulling me close and placing a soft kiss on my pouted lips causing the room to erupt again. I pulled away just slightly, our foreheads resting together.

"Mrs. Austin Post, I love the sound of it" I said connecting my lips back on his.

I felt him smirk against me, pulling away smiling down at me as we walked over towards the sweetheart table. He pulled my chair out for me as I slid myself down he following next to me. He grabbed my hand and leaned over towards me.

"I'm so happy you are the girl sitting next to me, you are everything I could have ever hoped for" he whispered squeezing my hand gently.

I looked over at him, pure appreciation seeping from his crystal blue eyes as I leaned in putting a sweet kiss on his lips.

"Me too baby" I said, the pet name leaving my lips without me even thinking about it.

"Mmm I can get used to hearing that" he said, a smirk on his face.

"We are going to get our night started by sharing the first dance with the couple as husband and wife" the DJ said.

Austin grabbed my hand and pulled me out to the dance floor wrapping both his arms around my waist, my arms draped loosely around his neck,his forehead pressing against mine. Our eyes were connected with each other's as we swayed along to the song.

I closed my eyes as I allowed Elvis's voice to flow through me in this very intimate moment.

"Did you pick this song?" I asked him with a smile.

"I did" he said pulling away our eyes still connected.

"It's perfect Austin, everything about this day is perfect" I said looking into his eyes, the butterflies filling my stomach.

"I agree angel" he smiled.

I closed my eyes and rested my head against his shoulder as I let his low raspy voice sing to me, getting completely caught up in the moment feeling extremely happy I made this decision.

The song ended as we walked hand in hand back to our table. We weren't sitting for thirty seconds when everyone started tapping their glasses.

I felt my face turn red as I felt him cup the side of my face, his thumb rubbing gently over my cheek just under my eye, a smile coming across his face.

"I'm glad I love kissing these lips of yours. I have a feeling this is going to happen a lot tonight" he smiled as he leaned in and placed another kiss softly on my lips.

"I'll give our adoring fans as many kisses as they want to see" I laughed as he pulled away from me.

"So tell me a little bit more about yourself" he said grabbing his fork and stabbing at his plate full of pasta.
