Sophie's POV
I woke up to a soft knock at the door to the hotel room. Not wanting to wake Austin up, I climbed out of the bed and padded softly over to the door. I slowly unhooked the latch and pulled the door open towards me.
Sitting on the ground was a basket filled with all the necessities needed for a beach vacation. I picked it up and brought it into the room setting it on the dresser in the front of the room. I decided that I would open it later when Austin woke up so we could find out where we were going together.
I walked over towards my bag laying on the floor grabbing my change of clothes for today and headed towards the bathroom. A hot shower was the perfect way to start the day after our perfect night last night. I smiled to myself as I turned the shower on as hot as I could and stepped inside, letting the hot water wash over my body.
I was having brunch with Austin's Dad and stepmom this morning and to say I was nervous was an understatement. I wasn't sure what they were going to ask me or what they were going to think of me. I just hope that they knew I was doing this for all the right reasons and not because their son is Post Malone.
I finished my shower and stepped out to start getting ready. I wrapped my hair in a towel as I brushed my teeth and decided on very little make up just applying a few coats of mascara. I pulled on my light pink lingerie followed by a pair of black joggers that rested just at my hips and a white short sleeved crop top. I took the towel out of my hair and started drying it, squeezing it slightly letting the towel soak up the extra water.
I lifted my head when I was done, and was happy with the just rolled out of bed waves. I grabbed my mousse off of the sink and put a generous amount into my palm bending back over another time to apply it. I was just about to stand up when I felt warm hands on my sides, I bit my lip as I felt his semi pressed up against my ass.
"I can get behind this way too if you want to give it a try one day" I heard him say in his low, raspy morning voice.
I stood up slowly, the majority of my hair falling to the left side of my face in thick waves as I turned around to face him. My eyes connected with his and I immediately felt like I was getting lost in the bluest ocean I had ever seen, his hands on my waist the only thing keeping me afloat.
"I'm down for anything baby" I said leaning in and placing a kiss on his soft lips.
"Perfect. By the way, you look absolutely breathtaking this morning Soph" he said his hands running up and down my sides.
"If you think I look breathtaking in a pair of sweats, I can't wait to see what you say when I actually put effort into my outfit" I smiled as he leaned back in pulling me close to him.
"I probably won't be able to control myself" he laughed pulling away from me and starting the shower.
"Are you nervous?" I asked as I turned back towards the mirror.
"A little. I want your Dad to know that his daughter is in good hands" he said stepping into the shower.
I looked up into the mirror and started laughing as I picked up my light pink lip gloss.
"What could possibly be funny?" he asked leaning his head back to wet his curls.
"The fact that we just met each other, we don't even know each other's families, yet here we are completely comfortable being in the bathroom with each other doing our thing like we have been married for ten years" I said.
"That's how you know its meant to be Sophie" he laughed.
"As far as the Dad comment, just be yourself and I'm sure he will think you are just as amazing as I think you are" I said closing my lipgloss and walking out of the bathroom. I walked over to my white Vans and slid them on my feet and applied a small amount of Tori Burch perfume.
