Chapter 48 - Freya | Danreb

Freya's P.O.V

"...I hope you understand that we asked Austin to come with you kasi hindi kami mapapanatag na mag-isa ka lang pupunta don." Mom said.

I'm still in a state of shock because I didn't even let my close friends/best friend to come with me because I want to be alone but here we go, there's Austin. Urgh! This is so sick. Parang ayaw ko na tuloy pumunta.

Binaling ko ang tingin ko kay Austin, nakita ko naman itong nakangiti ngunit patago. Tumingin din siya sakin at nagsalita..

"Okay lang sakin, Freya. You're not a bother." He said proudly.

"Akala mo talaga tong taong lupa na to! And of course, I'm not a bother to you but you're a bother to me!! Grr!" I want to say this but I keep my mouth shut.

"O-okay, Mom. If that'll make you calm down." I said. "I'll excuse myself first, I'm not done packing my things up." I said and take my leave...

Pagpasok ko sa kwarto, ni-lock ko agad yon at pumunta ng kama at humiga. Nakakainis. Nakakahinayang. Nakakagalaiti.

This should my first time being alone but Austin ruined it all. Though I can blame to him everything, he's also a victim of my parents' concern and pagiging paranoid. 

I guess I need to bare this and just go with it. I can't do anything anyways.

I checked my phone and tiningnan if anong oras na and it's already 2:53pm so I guess I can still take a nap. I just need to set my phone at 4:30pm for me to still have time to prepare for my 6pm flight.

Ipipikit ko na muna tong mata ko...

I woke up with the alarm tone of my phone. I dismissed it then bumangon na.

Papunta palang ako ng C.R ng biglang may kung sinong tumoktok nanaman sa pinto ng room ko.

"It's me, Austin." Austin said.

I bothered toopen the door and then decided to just open it.

"What?" Bungad ko kay Austin pagkabukas na pagkabukas ko ng pinto.

He smiled. "I just want to let you know that by 4:50pm we need to head to the aiport." He said while keeping his wide smile.

It irritate my eyes, seriously.

"Okay, I'll go down after watching my face." I said to him without looking at him.

"Why? Your face looks so good without washing your face what more--..." I cutted what he is about to say by shutting the door.

I know it's rude but I can really stand looking at his face for so long. Yung makapal na mukha niyang yon, duh, di niya deserve na titigan ko.

"Just kidding, I'll just wait for you sa baba." Sabi ni Austin before umalis.

A take a deep breath before I continued walking towards my C.R.

"Bye 'nak! Take care of yourself, okay? Call us a soon as you arrive there, okay?" Mom being paranoid again.

I just nodded as a reponse. 

"Danre-... ops! I-I mean Austin. Please watch our son for us, okay?" My dad laugh after uttering those words.

"Okay po tito. Dito na po kami." Austin said as a good bye and guided me to the car.

I just waved to my Mom and Dad and gave them a flying kiss before entering the car.
