With the holidays approaching and Christmas break happening, that meant everyone is coming home or going home for Christmas. It also said Larissa wanted to introduce me to her family. Now, this gets tricky. It's one thing when you're friends with someone; it's another ballgame when you date.
Our parents compromised and let us spend Christmas Eve with my family and Christmas with Larissa's family. That way, each family got time with us. That also meant Brandon came home.
I went over to see Brandon and found him unpacking in his bedroom.
"Yo, Jackass!" I yelled, standing in his doorway.
Brandon stopped and looked at me, then rolled his eyes. I strolled into his room.
"Couldn't you give me some time home before you bust my balls?" Brandon asked me.
"No, because you left me to deal with issues, which I don't like," I answered.
"Don't I know it," Brandon commented.
I walked over and sat down on his bed, leaning back.
"You seem to have survived without me," Brandon mentioned.
"It helps when you have a crazy girlfriend and reunite Coop with his man love," I retorted, making Brandon chuckled. "How's college?"
"Different than high school, but much more fun. It helps to have Andi and Marta there except I miss hanging out with you," Brandon mentioned.
"Yeah, because I'm a delight. Who wouldn't miss me?" I questioned.
"So, you and Larissa?" Brandon asked, arching an eyebrow.
"What can I say? I have the O'Neill charm," I said, smirking.
"Weren't you the guy that said you didn't need a girl to complete you?" Brandon asked me.
"I don't, but I like Larissa. While Coop got tied up with Trout, I spent more time with Larissa," I explained.
"And?" Brandon asked.
"And Larissa's great," I answered.
"Isn't this the same girl who used her cousin to make you jealous?" Brandon questioned.
"I didn't say that Larissa isn't insane," I replied, making Brandon laugh.
It was good to have Brandon home. I missed hanging out with him. Most people go away to school and come back different, but Brandon didn't. He's still the same dipwad I know.

Coop
I spent time with Cody, making out when I realized that Andi's home. I stopped making out and crawled out of Cody's bed.
"Did I miss something?" Cody asked with confusion.
I pulled on my shoes. "I forgot Andi came home from school," I told Cody.
Cody laughed. I grabbed my coat and left. Thank god there's no snow yet, or my drive home would suck. I pulled into the driveway and got out of the car, then ran into the house.
Dad gave me a look as Andi chuckled.
"Where have you been?" Dad asked me.
"Do you want me to answer that?" I asked.
Yeah, that earned a beautiful look.
"So, making out with your boyfriend is more important than your sister?" Dad questioned me.
"It's not my fault that I enjoy Cody's lips," I answered.
"Didn't you hear anything that I told you about sex?" Dad asked.
