Casey
The next day, I went over to see Coop. I laid on his bed with my legs draped over the side as he looked at me strangely.
"Let me get this straight, you went over to play board games with Larissa and had sex. How does one's dick fall into a hole for the hell of it?" Coop asked me.
I sat up and looked at Coop unamused.
"It didn't fall into a hole. We thought we should try it," I reasoned.
"It's not like pineapple pizza," Coop retorted.
"That's gross. Putting pineapple on a pizza goes against the laws of nature. Pizza should be pure and not have things on it that don't belong," I reasoned.
"That's not the point. You had sex and act like it's no big deal," Coop told me.
"Well, it is a big deal and fun," I said grinning.
"What about romance?" Coop questioned.
"Coop, that only happens in the movies. Most teens aren't running off to a hotel with hearts and flowers. They're usually doing it in a car or some random place because they're horny bastards," I answered truthfully.
"What if you don't stay together? You had your first time with someone that you might not like later," Coop mentioned.
"Why wouldn't we stay together? I love Larissa and had the chance to share it with her," I reasoned.
Coop gave me a look.
"Wait. Are you afraid if you have sex with Cody, then you won't stay together?" I questioned.
"Well, every time I mentioned it, Cody says I'm not ready. I figure he doesn't think it would work out for us. Sex changes everything," Coop answered.
"Coop, sex does change everything, but it's not always bad. If you doubt how Cody feels about you, it's more about you than him. Didn't it occur to you that Cody doesn't want to rush you into something you can't handle emotionally?" I questioned.
Coop furrowed his brows. My cousin had issues that need to work out. My phone rang with Brandon FaceTiming. I answered it.
"What's up, my brother from not my mother?" I asked excitedly.
"Who are you, and what did you do to Casey?" Brandon asked me.
"It's me, and I'm hanging with Coop. I told him about my sexual escaped last night," I answered.
"Wait. You told Coop before you told me? I'm hurt!" Brandon exclaimed.
"It's not a competition, and you're not here," I reasoned.
"I told you about my first time," Brandon reminded me.
"Because I was with you, dolt," I retorted.
"Can we not discuss my sister's sex life? That's gross," Coop gagged.
I shrugged. It's not my fault that my best friend is dating my cousin and Coop's sister.
"What's wrong with Coop?" Brandon asked.
"Oh, you know, he thinks that Cody won't have sex with him because he's insecure," I replied.
Brandon arched an eyebrow. Coop walked over and snatched the phone from my hand.
"No, Cody thinks I'm not ready," Coop huffed.
"Are you?" Brandon asked.
"I don't know. I never did it," Coop answered.
"The fact that you can't say sex means you're not ready," Brandon told Coop.
