Casey

I went with Larissa, her moms, to stay with her grandparents. We arrived late, and Larissa's nana greeted us.

"It's great to see you. Who's this?" Larissa's nana asked, pointing at me.

"Nana, this is Casey, my boyfriend," Larissa introduced me.

"Hi, Casey. You can call me Maggie," Maggie told me.

"Mags!" Nash yelled.

"What?" Maggie yelled back.

"Who else is coming?" Nash yelled.

"Larkin, Lyric, and Luna. Mason is staying with Kane. Matthew is staying with Lex. Markus is staying with us," Maggie yelled.

"Christ! We're running out of room!" Nash yelled.

"We'll figure it out!" Maggie yelled.

"What's with all the yelling?" A woman asked, coming into the living room.

"Nash is having a hard time with everyone's sleeping arrangements," Maggie told the woman.

"That's not a problem. The adults take the bedroom, and the kids sleep in the living room. It's not like we haven't been through this before," the woman told Maggie.

"Problem solved," Maggie smirked.

Larissa's aunts and uncles arrived with her cousin Markus. Maggie greeted them. Larissa's aunts looked at me, curiously.

"Who are you?" A woman asked.

"Larissa's boyfriend," I answered.

"How long have you been dating?" Another woman asked me.

"Three months," I answered.

"Oh, leave the kid alone. It's not like he won't deal with enough interrogation with the rest of the family," another woman asked.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Lyric. That's Larkin and Luna," Lyric said, pointing to the first and second women that asked me questions.

I looked at the sisters. Lyric and Larkin looked alike. Lakin and Luna looked similar.

"Are you twins?" I asked curiously.

"No, dingleberry, we're quints," Larkin commented.

Lyric rolled her eyes.

"Lyric and Larkin come from one egg, and Lake and I come from another. Lex has his egg," Luna explained.

"No wonder the tool is always late," Lakin commented.

I stood there, confused as the sisters went upstairs.

"Welcome to our world," a guy told me.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Maverick and married to Larkin. Major is my brother and married to Luna. Michael married Lyric, and Michael's sister married Lakin. Our cousin Piper married Lex," Maverick explained.

"So, you enjoy keeping it in the family?" I questioned.

Michael chuckled while Major rolled his eyes. Maverick looked confused. I'm guessing this is normal with everyone. I thought my family was strange, but they have nothing on the Gray family.

Once everyone got settled, Larissa's Grammy Pat helped Maggie situate us in the living room.

"So you're Larissa's squeeze," Markus mentioned.
