"According to her, her schedule is heavy." I immediately shaked my head when I heard my secretary's statement.

"No excuses. We must do the live recording tomorrow. I won't move it." Nakayuko siyang tumango saka lumabas sa opisina ko. I intertwined my fingers and reclined my back onto the backrest of the swivel chair.

Hindi ko pa rin siya nahahanap.

Sino nga ba ang hinahanap ko? Honestly, at first, I don't know. But I've been finding this girl for almost two years already. Among all of the artists in our company, she's the only one whom I don't know. But finally, I'm gonna hear this girl who's the so called diamond of our company.

My secretary handed me her profile yesterday. She told me that this girl is the one and only artist that the other employees don't know about. She's our secret weapon. I want to listen to some of her past recordings and songs but Miss Ailee declined my request. It pissed me off but I can't do anything about that since I respected her decision.

The purpose of Iris' live recording is to restore the admiration and fame that she gained from her supporters. It's been a while since she last released a song. The fans were sending us an e-mail for her comeback. At least a live recording can make them recover, right?

Since I don't have lots of work to do, I decided to drop off in our studio.

I'm the leader and lead vocalist of the band named Blaze. We're popular in Philippines and we're the number one in rankings. Just like Iris, something about me is private. Kung sa kaniya ay mukha at pagkakakilanlan, mukha naman ang sa 'kin. I don't really like showing off my face. In our gigs or mini concert, I'm always wearing a face mask. But sometimes, I need to remove that mask for the fans.

"Oh, Kai? Napadaan ka?" Izannah asked while preparing a food.

"Masama?" Masungit kong tanong. She's really like that. Kapag napapadaan ako sa studio namin ay parang hindi niya 'ko inaasahang pupunta dito.

"Not really. It's unusual na nandito ka at this hour. By the way, nakilala mo na ba 'yong babaeng nagmamay-ari ng misteryosong boses na 'yon?"

"Malapit na." Sigurado kong sagot. Though Izannah's the nerdy type, she's the one whom I really trust the most about my life.

"Weh?" I nod my head as I reminisce the first time I heard her.

"Do I have to train?" I asked irritably. I'm currently in my dad's office and he informed me about having a 5-month training to our company since I'm the next CEO after a year.

"I already know the basics, Dad. You don't have to train me there." I complained. If I'll train in our company for months, it'll consume my time and I hate it.

"Is that so? You only know the basics? Then how can you be so sure that you'll manage this company well?" I felt insulted by I kept my blank expression visible in my face.

I closed my fist and sighed heavily. I blinked then stared at my father's eye.

"Okay. I'll train." I'm defeated. My father is my role model. I really love to impress him so I have no choice but to accept this.

"Well done, son. You'll start tomorrow. Whole day." He said as he emphasised the last two words.

Nang makalabas ako ng opisina niya ay dire-diretso ako sa silid ko. Hindi ko na nga napansin si Leviana na tinawag ako. I immediately locked my door then threw my things. Lahat ng madampot kong gawin ay ibinato ko kung saan para mailabas ang inis na nararamdaman ko.
