"Okay guys let's get ourselves prepared for the war that's gonna come," Ray said hoping to get out of the grasp of the others.
"Right! We'll show them who's boss! With Ray and Y/n as our team leaders, we are bound to claim the victory!" Cara cheered, letting go of Ray.
"Right! Let's get to it! Let's have some two on two matches!" Sancus suggested as he pulled away.
"Yeah, I need to get used to this gear." Ray chuckled.
"I'll watch from the sidelines!" Hachi chuckled.
Ray nodded and got up from the dog pile and chuckled. I looked at him and I could see that he was genuinely happy.
"Come on Y/n it's girls against boys!" Cara smiled.
Cara dragged me to the private battle room while Ray and Sancus chuckled at Cara's excitement. Once we got into the room I grabbed my F/w and looked at Cara to see her with the roller like she had when we first met. The map was Goby Arena. I looked at the timer and once it said go Cara and I split up to cover more turf. As I inked the place with f/c I saw small ink spots of teal. (If you chose teal, change Ray's color) I began to put up my guard. I ran and swam up the basketball hoop stand and leaped onto the ledge but was splatted mid jump. I saw Sancus with his E-liter scope. I grumbled and swam to avoid Sancus' deadly eye. As I swam around towards their base I noticed I hadn't seen Ray at all during the match. I began to ink the wall to go and splat Sancus. Once I made it up on the small area I inked everything. But no Sancus. I looked at my map and saw that we were losing. I pulled my head back into the game and began to ink everything. I jumped off the area and began to invade their base until I heard footsteps. I hid in the corner between a wall and a black block that you couldn't ink. I stay there in my o/s/f hoping not to get caught. I saw Ray looking for us. I froze, I watched him carefully and saw him run past me. I turned back into my humanoid form and began to look for Ray to splat him. As soon as I got up I noticed a burst bomb launched my way. I got hit and saw another one coming. I got hit and began to take cover to recover. I hid in the same spot and began to recover when I saw Ray tower over me and shot me with his Hero Replica. The match was over and we ended up losing by 2.4. I looked and saw Sancus' kills and saw he got about 15 kills. And Ray was more focused on turf and he only got 4 kills.
"Great match guys!" Sancus congratulated.
"Geez Sancus you have no mercy." Cara stated, referring to his kills.
"Hey, we are gonna battle, some foes so, best put all my effort in." He smiled.
"Y/n! You were amazing!!!" Hachi said running up to us, tackling me in a hug.
Ray smiles and whispers something in my ear.
"I ship it." He chuckled as he began to complement Cara for her efforts.
My face a light shade of f/c as Hachi released me he held my hands. He looked super happy. I look over to see Ray, Sancus, and Cara approach us.
"Hey let's get some food before the match. We can be fueled up and work to our full potential." Sancus smiled.
"Yes! I am so in!" Cara cheers and drags Sancus with her to Sean's.
