"What is your damage, Roman?!"

"What's the big idea? Can't a girl get a word in edgeways?"

Virgil looked between the twins, completely and utterly confused. Janus looked up from his phone and rolled his eyes at Virgil's confused expression.

"Hey." He said, poking Virgil on the shoulder. "They do this all the time. Since they're both huge musical nerds, they have whole conversations with just musical quotes. And sometimes-"

Janus was cut off by Roman looking up and smiling at Virgil. "Aaron Burr, sir. I didn't think that you would make it!"

Janus sighed. "And sometimes that happens. They drag us into it."

Virgil looked between the twins and Janus with a confused glint in his eye. "Um, okay?"

Remus groaned. "What kind of musical quote is that?"

"Heathers the Musical, song: Beautiful, Heather C." Roman quickly jumped in. Remus rolled his eyes and got up, slinging his arms around his boyfriend. Janus rolled his eyes.

"Don't you dare touch me. Get away pervert." He promptly said. Remus rolled his eyes and laughed.

"So, where are we going? What was so important that you needed to drag me away from my fascinating research on the types of people in a coffee shop?" Virgil asked, crossing his arms. Roman laughed.

"Can't just seeing you be enough?" Roman asked. Virgil looked away, cursing himself for blushing.

"No." Remus let out an oddly triumphant laugh and Roman glared at him.

"We were going to the cinema. I thought you would wanna join, seeing as we're now a thing."

Virgil shrugged. "What's the film?"

"The Scarlet Pimpernel." Janus said, offering his ex-friend a hopeful smile. Virgil's face stayed dead-pan. "What?"

"You are the worst, Burr."

"They seek him here, they seek there, those Frenchies seek him everywhere. Is he in Heaven, is he in Hell, that damned elusive Pimpernel." Roman recited, dancing around Virgil.

"Okay, Sir Percy Blakeney." He joked. Roman gasped dramatically.

"You think I am a fop, good sir? Oh, my heart! You have wounded me!"

Virgil laughed. "I didn't mean it like that, nitwit. I mean that you'd definitely try and save a whole country because of your stupid courage complex."

Roman laughed. "Why thank you, my dear dark prince." He said, taking Virgil's hand and kissing it gently. A dark blush rose on Virgil's face and he snatched his hand away.

"Idiot." He muttered. He stopped at a turning. "Well, this is where I get off."

"Mkay. Bye Sunshine." Roman smiled and kissed Virgil's forehead.

"Idiot." Virgil muttered again, his face blushing darker. "Bye." He waved and walked off.

Roman waited until Virgil was out of earshot before turning to Remus and Janus. "Ha." He said quietly, pointing at his brother. "Ha! I'm winning and you've seen it with your own eyes."

Janus' eyes were clouded with worry and he looked down at his feet. Remus didn't break gaze with his twin.

"Has he said that he loves you yet?"

"No, not yet."

Remus grinned. "Then you're not getting the 20 quid."

"Yet." Roman said stubbornly. "I'll get that money. Just you wait."
