REVIEW –
The story of seat (Lincoln Parker) and actress (Emily Margot) continues after a five year leap.
We meet both our protagonists once again in the preface where they lay eyes on each other after five heart-wrenching years of separation. Now the Co-founder of Yorkshire & Co. Doctor Lincoln Parker was totally aware of Emily Margot visiting his co-founder and friend Cameron Jackson to discuss about her donation to their company. However Oscar winner Emily was not aware of Lincoln's involvement in the company her brother, George Margot has suggested her quite sneakily. Suffice to say Emily is enraged to her core and she comes striding in Lincoln's office, where he is spread out on his table attempting to pull off a sexy model's look, and pushes him off the table with a new found vigour thanks to her anger.
After years of no contact with each other it seems like Emily and Lincoln have forgot how to be in each others presence without any awkward situations. And this escalated even further when Henry Copeland, an environmental journalist comes bounding in and placing an affectionate kiss on Emilys cheek. Though the action was pretty normal, Lincoln is suddenly faced with the facts that Emily may have moved on and he may not have any chance to re-enter her life.
Even though Henry turns out to be the boyfriend of hipster Georgie Margot, Lincoln still has his doubts about Emily and his love story or rather what could have been their love story had he not broken up with her five years ago.
Will Seat and Actress get their happy ending that everyone seems to believe for them or will they drifted apart too much in the span of five years?
Lincoln still uses his humour to hide his pain, to run from any bad or uncomfortable or confrontational situation and he still gets gut wrenching night terrors will he able to overcome his bad habit of shutting down and run after Emily to not let go of their uncompleted love story or will he be too caught up in the whirlwind of his emotions to see he has a thing in front of him that may be the game changer ?
