you really like her

A warm smile formed on Chaeyoung's face as she reaches the highest floor of the building. She looks at the plastics in her hands before walking to the door at the end of the floor. Apparently, that floor is owned only by Jungkook and it has a designated elevator to get there. So, it is easy for Chaeyoung to not be lost since Seokjin could only send her till the lobby at the ground floor.

A few seconds after she rings the bell, the door is opened.

"Hi...", she pauses when she sees an unknown person opening the door for her.

"Uh...hello?", the unknown guy says to her.

"Is...is Jungkook inside?", Chaeyoung asks him.

"I'm here, Chaeyoung. I'm sorry I didn't reply to your text. I just checked my phone.", Jungkook appears to the door leaving his guy friend to look at him and Chaeyoung alternately. "I thought of telling you not to come here but...you're already here.", he smiles before he lets her in.

The unknown guy is left behind as he follows the two quietly wondering who Chaeyoung is to Jungkook.

"Umm..Jungkook. Who's this guy behind you?", Chaeyoung feels awkward of the look given to her so she asks Jungkook about the guy behind them.

"Oh, he's my physiotherapist. Also my doctor, Jung Hoseok. Hyung, this is Chaeyoung. My friend.", Jungkook goes to introduce the two to each other as they all reach the living room.

Jungkook sits next to Chaeyoung on the L-shaped sofa while Hoseok sits on another sofa opposite the ones they sit on.

"Oh, hi, Chaeyoung.", Hoseok cheerfully waves his hand and smiles at her.

"Hi, Hoseok-ssi.", Chaeyoung shyly replies.

"Just call me Hobi oppa. You surely are younger than I am, right?", the friendly manner of Hoseok is a bit disturbing to Chaeyoung but she tries to remain calm in front of him.

She nods to him and looks at the plastics in her hands. "Jungkook, I'll put all these in the kitchen first.", she says before she stands up to go to the kitchen.

"What did you bring here, Chaeyoung?", Jungkook asks as he tries to see what is inside the plastics.

"I brought some boiled beef ribs to make galbitang for you.", she tells him before she goes to the kitchen leaving the two guys in the living room.

"Waaahhh....", Hoseok makes a sound in a low voice while looking at Jungkook with his devilish smile.

Jungkook gives a frown at him before asking, "What?"

The elder gets into his teasing mode, "Is she your girlfriend? You never bring any girls home before."

Jungkook shakes his head, "She's not my girlfriend but...I'd say she's my best friend."

Hoseok frowns, "Best friend? I thought Lisa is your female best friend and I'm sure she hasn't been here too. So, explain to me. What kind of best friend is this Chaeyoung to you."

His question makes Jungkook sighs at him.

"We're just friends. She's here for the cats. I told you they belong to my friend, right? She's that friend I mentioned, hyung.", Jungkook explains to Hoseok.

The elder looks at the cats that are sleeping in the cat house. Then, he turns to look at Jungkook's face once again. Just before he could say anything, Chaeyoung comes back to the living room and puts her hand on Jungkook's forehead.

"You still have fever. I'll go and cook for you first, okay?", she says before she goes back to the kitchen leaving the guys alone again.

"I don't think she's here for the cats.", Hoseok whispers at Jungkook who seems to be speechless from the slight touch Chaeyoung made earlier.
