"Are you planning to talk to Ms. Giovanne today?" Lea, my PA asked.

"No, why?" I asked back as the crew fix my hair.

"You have some spare time today. Are you planning to do anything else? Going to the mall with Kiro again, perhaps?" tanong niya habang abala sa pagi-scroll sa Ipad kung saan nakapaloob lahat ng schedules ko.

"No, I might just rest." sagot ko.

"And that... is a bad idea." sinamaan ko ng tingin si Brando mula sa salamin. "You'll just end up chugging the alcohol Mendie gave you." prenteng naka-upo lang siya at nagbabasa ng magazine.

"And what's so bad about it? You have your holiday vacation so I'm sure you'd be in my house guarding me for 24/7, reason why I can't get myself drunk." sagot ko.

"Don't fool me, you always find a way." he said nonchalantly without looking at me.

"You look like a couple." komento ng hair stylist pero agad ring tinikom ang bibig nang samaan ko ng tingin. "Sorry,"

"Speaking of couple!" napatalon ako ng kaunti sa matinis na boses ni Lea. "Gazer Mag was asking if they could interview you."

"We just had an interview with them for their November issue. Why would they want to interview me again?" kyuryosong tanong ko.

"Oh, it's about the rumor. Some people saw you with Kiro looking for furnitures a few weeks ago. They're asking if he's your boyfriend and if you're moving in together."

"Refuse every magazine who ask that." bilin ko. "We're not answering those questions. Let Kiro handle it."

Kiro talked to me about it. Wala naman akong problema doon kasi nga wala naman akong boyfriend. Hahayaan ko na lang siyang sumagot sa mga tanong. Or better yet, we stay quiet para less complication.

"And a cola brand wants you for their summer commercial, with Kiro."

See? That's what I'm talking about. Rumor pa lang pero people are quick to jump into their conclusions. At ito ang sinasamantala namin ni Kiro, na gamitin rin ng ilang brands ang rumors.

"Say yes to those kind of offers. Just make sure that it won't overlap with other shows and events. They're my priority." bilin ko bago tumayo para sa shoot.

"Oh and about the LeGleire invite." pahabol niya kaya napatigil ako sa paglalakad.

"What about it?"

"It's next week. You already said yes."

"So?" tanong ko.

"You need to be there a few days before. You'd be wearing his creation for a magazine shoot right before the main show." she said. "And you get to pick what to wear on the main show."

"What?" gulat kong tanong. "Did you book me a ticket then? And why were you just saying this now?" medyo nag-iinit na ang ulo ko. "You should've told me last week. I didn't pack."

"I already told you about it." mahihimigan ang takot sa boses niya.

"You didn't." pilit ko.

"She did," napatingin kaming pareho ni Lea kay Brando na binitawan na ang magazine. "She told you a week ago, a few days ago and just yesterday." sambit niya before smiling mockingly. "You were just always drunk that's why you never get to recall it."
