Carlos: (enters with Jay). Mal.
Mal: What do you want.
Jay: You have a dare.

Just outside the living room

Carlos: He's there go.
Mal: He's with his parents.
Jay: So. Take him away to your room.
Mal: Fine (goes in the room). Baby can I talk to you for in a minute.
Ben: Sure. (goes into their room).
Mal: (sits down on their bed and looks sad).
Ben: Baby. What's wrong. (sits down next to her and kisses her cheek.
Mal: I have to tell you something.
Ben: What.
Mal: Promise you won't be mad.

Ben. Baby that's so stupid.

Mal: Ok. Just over three months ago when you were working late. I went to a bar and I guy came up to me and flirted with me.

Mal: Then I slept with him.
Ben: You had sex with someone that wasn't me.
Mal: About two weeks later I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.
Ben: You mean.
Mal: This isn't your baby.
Ben: Are you kidding me.
Mal: I'm sorry.
Ben: Mal that's not good enough. We've been married for two years now you tell me your having a baby with someone else.
Mal: Ben I don't even know his name.
Ben: Well that makes it better.
Mal: Baby I love you.
Ben: Wait a minute. We planned the baby how did you get pregnant if we were trying.
Mal: I was all ready pregnant when I suggested we start trying I didn't want you to know I was pregnant with someone else's baby.
Ben. You are unbelievable. I'm leaving.
Mal: What.
Ben: We're getting a divorce.
Mal: Baby you promised.
Ben: Your pregnant with someone else's baby.
Mal: Ben it was a dare.

Ben:  (puts his hand her stomach). So it's mine.
Mal: Of course you idiot. ( kisses him).
Ben: So you didn't cheat on me.

Ben: I love you. And our baby.
