"We need a bigger house!" I look up from my desk confused "Theres not enough space with everyone"

"You do realize there's other people in the house besides me right?" Judy nods and sits down in a chair "Don't you have the 'power'?"

Judy glares at me "Watch it" I roll my eyes and she keeps the glare on me "Do you think everyone would move?"

"Yes" I sigh and look at Judy "Why do we have to move?"

"Everyone deserves a room right?" I nod and Judy goes on "Dave slept on the couch last night to give Cherry space cause WE forgot he took the extra room!"

I nod again "You're right" I sigh and turn to my computer "Let's get a plan together to show the others"

Judy walks over with the chair and looks with me. I really don't wanna move but if it's what's best then ok.

-Time skip-

Glee has started and I'm already exhausted. I had the song choices for the solo and duet ready today. But I just feel like going to sleep. The house search was almost a bust. We did find a few that could work. I am watchin the kids talk from the front.

I look over and see Judy out of it. I turn and look at Maribel talking with Holly. I smile at the fact they are getting along now. I turn back to the club and stand up.

"Alright" I clap for their attention "I have the song choices for the solo and duet! First up can our soloist come up?"

"Actually" Dave slowly walks up "I have a song choice already in mind"

"Ok" I smile and motion to the piano "We are all ears"

Dave nods and walks to the piano. He takes a deep breath and starts playing. I smile when I recognize what it is.

-Dave singing-

Glitter and be gay,
That's the part I play;
Here I am in Paris, France,
Forced to bend my soul
To a sordid role,
Victimized by bitter, bitter circumstance.
Alas for me! Had I remained
Beside my lady mother,
My virtue had remained unstained
Until my maiden hand was gained
By some Grand Duke or other.

Ah, 'twas not to be;
Harsh necessity
Brought me to this gilded cage.
Born to higher things,
Here I droop my wings,
Ah! Singing of a sorrow nothing can assuage.

And yet of course I rather like to revel,
Ha ha!
I have no strong objection to champagne,
Ha ha!
My wardrobe is expensive as the devil,
Ha ha!
Perhaps it is ignoble to complain...
Enough, enough
Of being basely tearful!
I'll show my noble stuff
By being bright and cheerful!
Ha ha ha ha ha! Ha!

Pearls and ruby rings...
Ah, how can worldly things
Take the place of honor lost?
Can they compensate
For my fallen state,
Purchased as they were at such an awful cost?

Bracelets...lavalieres
Can they dry my tears?
Can they blind my eyes to shame?
Can the brightest brooch
Shield me from reproach?
Can the purest diamond purify my name?

And yet of course these trinkets are endearing,
Ha ha!
I'm oh, so glad my sapphire is a star,
Ha ha!
I rather like a twenty-carat earring,
Ha ha!
If I'm not pure, at least my jewels are!

Enough! Enough!
I'll take their diamond necklace
And show my noble stuff
By being gay and reckless!
Ha ha ha ha ha! Ha!

Observe how bravely I conceal
The dreadful, dreadful shame I feel.
Ha ha ha ha!

"Good song and a good Broadway musical" I give him a genuine smile "Thank you and you can use that for Regionals"

He smiles wide and walks back to his chair. Everyone claps and he gets some back pats. I smile and sit down my solo song list. None of them probably fit him actually. I look over the duet list and then back at the duo.
