Sofia's POV
"Are you staying for Derby practice later?" A person tap my shoulder from behind
"Yes of course. Why wouldn't I " I turn around to face the figure
"What about Hugo? "
"Daxton he's just right there. Ask him then" I then point towards Hugo
This is one of my best friend, Daxton. We met on the first day of school 5 years back. He's quite fun to hang out with. Not to mention the jokes he tells are kinda lame. Literally charming, popular, Hugo's best bud. And there's one more person I would want to introduce to you guys as well, wait till you guys meet her.
"Hugo! Here!" Daxton call out to him
"What's up"
"Are you staying for Derby practice later?" he ask
"Umm yea. Why?"
"Just asking. So you would fly with us like Peter pan" he say "Wait listen to this, why does Peter pan fly all the time?"
"Umm why?" Hugo reply
"Because he has a little pixie friend who has pixie dust?" I anwser
"No. Its because he Neverlands" Daxton then started laughing
"Did you get it?" Hugo ask
"No. I have no idea" I say as I look at the 'monkey' laughing while punching Hugo
"Dax stop punching me" Hugo say as he roll he's eye
"I can't- It's too funny!!" he then grab me as he started shaking me
"Hugo please help me" I look at Hugo who was laughing
"Stop laughing sports boy and help me"
"Fine fine" He then pull Daxton away from me
"Dax shut up, or we'll leave you here" Hugo say
"I'll - I'll stop" he say while trying to pause his laughter
"You take care of him. I'm going to class" I say as I grab my book
"Yes sure thing" Hugo reply
With that I walk towards my next class which is French. Well what can I say? We need to at least take a language other than English.
"Sofia, do you have any plans later?" A girl ask
"Derby" I reply
"Again?" she say "Can't believe you're the only girl who likes Derby here"
"El, that means I'm speacial" I jokingly say
"Oh shut up" she say as she roll her eye
This is Eleanor. The girl that I wanted to introduce to you all. She doesn't do Derby but she does track and field, field hockey and some more. Not to mention the school prefect.
"How about tomorrow?" she ask "Can we like hang out at the mall or something"
"I think I'm free" I say "Maybe"
"Maybe?" she gave me a face
"I'll see"
"Bonjour students, how's your day" The teacher say "Stand up and greet the people beside you"
"Bonjour Sofia, comment ça va ? Quand es-tu libre ?? Je veux pour sortir avec toi déjà" Eleanor say
(Good morning Sofia, How are you? When are you free, I want to go out with you already)
"Miss Eleanor, I told you to greet. Not planning on some kind of trip" Ms. Amélie say
"Désolé, mademoiselle Amélie" Eleanor apologies
