Chapter 1

Sofia's POV
Royal school fair
"Omg Sofia, have you decided on which school that you're going to?" Amber asked, slinging her arm through mine.

"Umm.... no, not yet. There's so many to choose from," I said while looking around the area.

"Well then,  join me at EverRealm Academy!" she said, giving me a smile, raising her hand into the sky.

"Maybe.... But I still want to check out the other schools as well," I said as I started walking into one of the tents.

"But Sofia," Amber then pulled me out from the tent, "We can be in ERA together!"

"Amber, please," I said, "I got to go."

"Fine," she said, letting go of my hand. "I'll meet you later."

I walked into each tent that was on display, they were allowing the royals to try most of the stuff that will be taught in their school. I would like to go to Performing Arts Academy since I love anything that involve music but then there is Corinthians Sports School where I can practice flying Derby and also keeping fit for my protector duty. Then there's the Institute for Science and Alchemy, Chivalry Hall, School of Royal Fashion..... There's so many choices!

"Hey Sofia! Have you decided on where you're going to?" someone said while giving me a tap on the shoulder.

"Amber give me time," I said as I turn to face her.

"I'm not Amber," he looked at me with confusion "Which part of me looks like Amber? My voice?" He then let out a laugh.

"Sorry Hugo. I'm just a bit frustrated about choosing between all these schools," I apologized with an awkward smile for mistaking him with Amber.

"Well why don't we take a look at all the schools together?" he said, placing his hand on my shoulder.

"Sure, I would love to," I smiled. It would be better to have someone accompany me throughout this fair, a friend to talk to, a friend to hear me out as well. It's not that Amber isn't good, well she has been looking forward for us to attend ERA together.

"What about you? Have you already decided?" I asked while walking towards a tent with Hugo.

"Me? Well yes of course. I'm going to Corinthians Sports School." he said with a proud face. "Sports is basically my life."

"That's great, sports boy," I chuckle.

We then walk into EverRealm Academy tent. Where King Habib of Tangu is teaching the students on how to design a coat arm for the kingdom.

"Sofia glad that you could make it!" Amber say as she pulls me towards the crowd.

I then look back to see Hugo who was smiling like a dork towards me.

"Sofia would you want to design as well?" King Habib asked.

I then take a glance at Hugo one more time as he nodded his head.

"Sure why not," I reply.

"Then take the station right there," he says as he points to the station.

"Thank you," I smile at him as I walk towards the station.

"Now you are allowed to paint 3 symbols on your template. Think of 3 symbols that you want to represent your kingdom, then paint it," King Habib say as he walks around the tent.

I then draw a heart and my family.

"Your brain is full of happy stuff huh Princess Sofia?" Hugo says as he stands beside me.

"Shut up," I laugh. "Wait princess?"

"Well aren't you a princess? " He explained.

"Right right," I chuckle at his words. "Well let's go to the next tent shall we?" I say while putting the brush down.
