Angie's Perspective

I could barely keep my composure as I stumbled into my condo almost falling onto the wooden floors. My key stayed pushed into the lock as I continuously giggled and yelled waking up the whole neighborhood. I didn't know what time it was but the empty roads and vividly dark night sky gave me some indication that it was extremely late.
Kiki came into the condo behind me turning on the lights and closing the door as I fell down hitting my face on the sofa cushion hard enough to knock myself out, but that only made me laugh harder. My vision was blurry and I felt the urge to pee but I couldn't maintain enough balance to go to the bathroom.
The night had started off with only two shots but after the sixth one, I'd lost count and remembered the events before in small pieces of information. Tomorrow I would definitely have a hangover, but it was all worth it because this was the most fun I'd had in so long.
Kiki and I had gone to a few clubs in the city to take my mind off of my divorce and my mother, which was a really good idea, but I didn't expect to drink so much. Jeremy was watching Jamal and Jayla since it was the weekend so I was free of my mommy duties.
"Angie girl you have to get up," Kiki laughed hysterically as I laid with half of my body on the sofa and the other half on the floor with my hair thrown all over the place.
"I can't," my voice was muffled by a pillow as I slightly drooled on it.
She laughed harder.
I'm sure she was much sober than I was considering I'm a complete lightweight so this was pure entertainment for her.
"I'm kind of scared to leave you alone tonight after that response."
I heard her sitting my keys down on a table as she went into the kitchen towards the fridge. She came over to me with a bottle of water handing it to me slightly stumbling.
"Are you sure you can even drive?" I asked watching her.
"I got us here didn't I? I'm good." She chuckled.
I took the water bottle with shaky hands taking a few sips.
"Oh my gosh, this is going to make me have to pee more."
We both giggled as I dropped the water bottle on the floor making it spill everywhere on my white living room carpet. I looked down at the mess only sighing throwing my head back into the pillow.
Before we could say anything else there was a loud bang on my front door startling us. My head stuck up into the air as I looked directly at Kiki. She shrugged her shoulders.
"I don't know who that is."
Suddenly my body had sobered up due to a strange knock on my door late at night. I wanted to move but if I did pee would start running down my legs.
Kiki walked over to the door looking through the peephole as I turned in her direction. She hesitated for a moment looking back and forth between me in the door.
