The song was really good. Jordan had really good music taste, I guess that's why she has such a nice voice. I had told Jordan that I wasn't busy today, and I didn't have a lot to do. But, I actually did have a few things that needed to be done. I needed to edit my video I recorded yesterday, and I had to go to the store and get some stuff for the house.

It's not all that much, but I need to make sure I have it all done by at least 4:00 o'clock. Which, I'm sure I can manage considering it was only like 12:30.

I ate my food, and drank most of my drink on the way home. I actually really liked it all. Once I got home, I still had a little bit of my Starbucks drink left, so I threw everything else away and decided to finish my beverage inside.

"Hey guys, I'm home." I say loudly, walking inside and putting my keys up on the wall. "Heyy." I hear Sam call out. Walking into the livingroom, I find Sam sitting on the couch while Corey and Elton play Rocket League on the xbox.

"No no no no, OH!" Corey shouts, slamming himself backward with a smile. I smiled and chuckled as I sat next to Sam.

"Hey man, you get-" Sam stops. "What's in your hand?" Sam asks. "Starbucks?" I say confusingly. "Wow, Colby drinking Starbucks. That's something I never thought I would witness." He jokes. "Colby has Starbucks?" Corey asks, turning his head quickly. "Oh shit, he does." Elton days calmly. "It's a drink, it's not like I just lost my virginity or something." I say. "No, it's exactly like that." Elton says, then going back to the game.

I snickered and stood back up. "Hey, where's Aaron? I figured I would hear him screaming or something." I say before walking away. "Oh, he went to the store." Sam tells me. "I thought it was my turn." I say. "He wanted to be nice I guess." Sam adds. "Hm. Well I've gotta go edit my video. I'll be back down later." I say, walking away to the stairs. "Okay." Sam replies.

I headed upstairs, and walked into my room. Thankfully, Jordan was nice enough to charge my laptop for me. I closed my door, turned on the laptop, put my headphones on, and began to edit my video.

Normal POV:

Colby had left, which meant I was stuck with my coworkers, asshole boss, and my customers. I knew that the one girl who always came in with her friends would be here later today. I was for sure, not excited for that.

A few hours went by, and nothing much happened. It was a pretty calm, normal day. A lot of the people who came in were really nice. We had one or two people who were a bit snappy, but whatever. I kept quickly taking my phone out every so often, to make sure I didn't miss any calls about my car.

I had just taken somebody's order, and now it was my lunch break. There was a Wendy's across the street from here, and since I didn't have a car I decided I would walk over there.

"Grayson, I'm in my lunch break now. I'll be back." I say. "Okay, see you in a bit." He says. I take off my emerald green apron, and walk out of the store. Conveniently enough, almost the second I step out the door, I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. "Must be River." I say to myself.

Taking out my phone, I walk somewhere somewhat private, and answer the phone.

'Hello?'

'Hey, Jordan. This is Valerie.'

'Oh, hey Valerie!'

'Hi. So, we've got some news for you about your car.'

'Bad or good news?'
