Everyone continued laughing for a bit, and eventually we were just laughing at Corey. For some reason he just thought what I said was too funny, and couldn't stop until Circa bit him playfully."Okay, well I'm gonna go to the gym for now but I'll be back." Elton says, standing up and walking out of the living room. "Okay, bye." Sam, Colby, Aaron and I call. Elton grabbed his keys off the wall, and walked outside. I could hear him start the car and drive away as all of us remained inside.
Suddenly, Sam gets up and starts walking toward Colby and I. "Hey, Colby can I talk to you real quick?" Sam asks. "Yeah, sure." Colby says. "I'll be right back." He tells me, walking outside with Sam. I was curious what they were talking about, but of course it wasn't any of my business. So, I just hung out with everyone else while waiting for the two to come back inside.
Colby POV:
"What did you want to talk about?" I ask Sam."Jordan." Sam says. "Oh no, you don't not like her do you?" I ask, slightly worried. "No no, that's not it. She's really cool. I wanted to see if you'd be down to have her in one of our videos. If she's up to it obviously." He says. "I know we just met her, and not now, like right away obviously, but I trust this girl. And you know that I don't just go instantly giving my full trust in people, but like you, I just have a really good feeling about her." Sam explains. I'm so glad that he feels how I do. "Yeah, no that's an amazing idea. I don't know, I guess it's weird that we both feel such of like.. a connection with her, even though it hasn't been a full 24 hours yet." I say, chuckling slightly as I end.
"It's not weird, it's actually a good thing. You know how there's just those people that you know aren't bad, and that you can trust, and that you'd want in your life, because that's how it was when we met." Sam says. "Yeah, yeah definitely." I say. "Sometimes there's just those kinds of people, and she is.. I just know that she is definitely one of those people." Sam says. "I fully agree." I say. "I don't know why, but I seriously have an amazing feeling about her, and I wanted to tell you." Sam says. "Yeah, yeah of course. That makes sense. Should we talk to her about this?" I ask. "No, well yes but not right now. Maybe give it a couple weeks." Sam says. "Yeah, okay." I say, agreeingly.
Normal POV:
A few minutes later, the boys come back inside. This whole time I had been pushing myself back and forth on the pennybaord. As the two walk back inside, I suddenly feel a hard nudge against me, and the next thing I know, I'm on the floor with Colby hovering over me. I started feeling a stinging, and pounding pain on the back of my head, realizing that I must have hit it as I fell. "Oh, fuck." I groan painfully, grasping the back of my head.
I was laying there for a good 40 seconds more until I realized that Colby was still on top of me. "Are we about to kiss right now?" I questioned jokingly, trying to take my mind off the pain. Everyone was just kind of looking at us, until Sam finally got Colby off me, and helped me up. As I stood up I looked down and noticed a little red stain where my head layed. "Oh shit." I whispered to myself. Still holding the back of my head with my left hand, I took the other off to find my fingers splattered in blood.
"Oh, jesus, shit." Colby whispers. Him and Sam speed walk into the kitchen, and I can hear them fumbling around and dropping things. I just stood there, and walked into the kitchen to see what they were doing.
"What are you guys-" I start. "Go sit down, quickly." Colby interrupts. Being the smartass I am, I definitely to sit on the floor right where I was standing. Colby looked at me, not realizing, back at the freezer, and quickly back at me. "No not like- ugh come on." He sighs. He begins to walk over to me, and somehow he managed to pick me up, and bring me over to the couch, laying me down.
The pain in my head had started going away, so I didn't really need anything. It still hurt, but not as much. "Colby, what the fuck are you doing?" I ask. He didn't reply, he just stood over me, making sure I didn't move. Sam comes back with an ice pack wrapped in paper towels. "Oh my god." I chuckle. Everyone else had realized that I was okay now, so they all just stayed silent and watch this go down.
Colby lifted my head, as Sam lays the ice pack under my head. As they stood in front of me, looking at eachother and back at me proudly, I just started laughing slightly, trying not to make them feel bad.
"Do they always freak out when someone gets hurt like this or something?" I ask the house, sitting up and pointing my thumb to the two proud boys. "Do they?" Corey questions, looking at Aaron. "I don't know, Devyn, do they?" Aaron asks. "I mean I don't know, Kat?" Devyn asks Katrina. "I don't know guys, do they?" Kat questions. "Yes." Everyone answer simultaneously.
I looked around and started laughing with everyone. I noticed Sam and Colby's smiles faded and they stood there, red faced, and embarrassed. "Oh, come on guys, it's okay." I said smiling, while walking over and giving them both a tight hug. "Well you're bleeding out of the back of your head, what do you expect us to do?" Sam asks, beginning to smile again. "That, but maybe not as chaotic and weird as it was." I say after pulling away. "Okay, fine, fine, I guess it was a bit much." Colby says, rolling his eyes with a smile.
"You are okay though, right?" Colby asks. "Actually yeah, we didn't even ask you that." Sam adds. "You did really hit the floor hard, are you okay?" Devyn adds, asking concerned. "Yeah, no I'm alright. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I'm okay." I say, smiling. "Damn, you are tough as hell." Corey chuckles, he seemed impressed. "I'm Dwayne The Rock Johnson, but... not." I joke. Corey starts laughing again, and Aaron decides to turn on the TV.
"Why don't we watch TV until Elton gets back?" Aaron suggests. "Yeah, sure." I say. Colby, and I sit next to eachother on the couch, while Sam sits next to Katrina on a large white bean bag. Kat and Sam snuggled up with eachother, making me smile happily for them. They both seemed so happy, and like they definitely loved eachother and their relationship. It was so sweet.
