Richard and Nina aka Ricky and Nini have known each other since kindergarten. They grew up together and became best friends, they even gave each other their new name. As time passes the two kids fall in love with each other without knowing. One summ...
Time was flying by, it was already the 1st of August and they were already on their way to Paris. The last couple weeks were spent in Berlin and Amsterdam. In Berlin they visited the television tower, which had a great view, but it wasn't as amazing as expected. They had bought a pin for Nini and some Haribo and Kinder for their candy pile. They even went to the Berlin Wall which also was East side gallery. They found a museum about how it was to live in DDR (the eastern part of Germany doing the Cold War). They even learned a dance, a couples dance, that was described with footprint instructions on the floor. They weren't really that busy in Berlin, so they spent some time catching up with their friends and relaxing. In Amsterdam they enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and toured Anne Frank's home, as well as buying a pin and some Dutch candy. They really enjoyed having a relaxing couple of weeks before their busy schedule in Paris and Salzburg.
They were watching a movie, as they traveled trough the landscape in the train. Ricky wasn't really watching the movie as he kept looking at Nini. "You're doing it again!" Nini chuckled as she realized he was starring at her. "Doing What?" He questioned. "That thing with your eyes!" She said. "Oh you mean this?" He said as he did a silly face. "Okay, so comedy? Not your next big career move!" Nini joked. "HEY! I'm funny!" He exclaimed. "Yeah, funny looking!" She said and messed up his hair. "You like me!" He Scoffed. "You wish!" She said to hide her feelings as she pushed him on the shoulder, so he fell back into his seat. "Yeah I do" he mumbled as she turned her attention back to the screen.
It was late at night when they arrived at their hotel so they just went directly to bed, cuddling in each other's arms as usual.
The next morning they decided to just stroll through the streets of Paris and see stuff, they weren't planning on going anywhere special today, before seeing the Eiffel Tower at sunset. So as they strolled through Paris, they found a small shop that sold berets. "Look" Ricky said pointing to the store, "isn't that the kind of hat you are wearing on the picture from when we were 9, where you run towards Kourt and Ash?" He asked. "Yeah you are right! I have to buy one for me, so I actually have one that isn't 'fake' and one for Kourt, she will get mad at me, if I don't buy her one as well, she really liked it back then." She said as she looked through the different colors, she took a red one and tried it on. "How do I look?" She asked. "You look beautiful" Ricky answered with a smile. "Seriously?" She asked doubting his answer. "I mean it Neens, you really are beautiful, but that isn't something new" he said with some new found courage, which made Nini blush. "Thank you" she said shyly, as she went up to the register to pay.

They continued on walking through the streets, when Nini out of no where pointed to a store. "Is that the store that was shown in ratatouille?" She asked. "It looks a lot like it! Disney really knows how to get all these small details correct!" He answered quite shocked.

The day was near its end and it had been an amazing day. At this point they were walking hand in hand not really caring that they were just best friends. So they walked along the Seine, as the sun was starting to set. After strolling for a short while they reached the Eiffel Tower, it looked so beautiful in the sunset, so they decided to sit down in the grass by the Eiffel Tower to enjoy the view. They sat as close as they possibly could without sitting on top of each other, with her head on his shoulder. "The view truly is beautiful" Nini said as she looked towards the sunset. Ricky couldn't help but look at her. "Yeah it is" he said. Nini didn't realize that he was talking about her and not the sunset. Ricky decided that it was now or never if he was going to tell her about is feelings, so he took a deep breath to gather all the courage he needed, they were in the city of love after all. Nini realized that he took a deep breath, "hey what's wrong?" She asked as she grabbed his hand that was laying between them and turned her head towards him to look into his eyes. "Nothing is wrong Neens" he said as he took a piece of her hair and placed it behind her ear. "Okay it's now or never" he thought to himself. Then he did something that he didn't think he would have the courage to do, he learned in, pressed his lips against hers and kissed her.

And I just wanted to say sorry for the long boring fillers I have written earlier, I literally didn't know what to write so I just did some research about the places (except for Denmark where I knew where they should go, but I now realize that I have written WAY too many chapters about Copenhagen and I'm sorry about that.) and since I had no idea what to write about Berlin and Amsterdam I decided to do it this way, at jump over what would have been over 8 boring fillers (as I have no idea what to write, and nothing important would happen and I for some reason decided that they should be there for about two weeks in total, seriously what was I thinking?). I also realized as I continued on writing this book, that it is so freaking unrealistic, as no one, especially not teenagers, would have enough money for this trip, so that would mean that their families are millionaires. So let's just overlook that fact. I just wanted to thank you all for reading my book, and votes and comments will be appreciated!
