“Brian?” He was leaned against the doorway with my shorts on his hand and with his contagious smile.
I didn’t think twice before running in his direction. He dropped my shorts on the floor and opened his arms, holding me to him as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I started tasting my salty tears as they escaped from my eyes.
“Let me look at you..”
He loosened his grip on me and brought his hands to my cheeks to wipe the tears away, while his eyes locked with mine. My heart was pounding with such force in my chest that I could hear it on my ears. It was so good to feel his touch and the warmth coming from his body after all this time. His thumb crossed over my bottom lip and his eyes followed the move, before his head started to lean down, making our lips getting closer.. and closer… until the only space between them was just a tiny breach of air. He smirked a little and filled that space, connecting our lips very softly and slowly, creating an explosion of butterflies on my stomach.
“I missed you so much..” He said, looking at me and I smiled, hugging him again. I just couldn’t believe he was here again. It looked like a dream.
He started planting small kisses on my neck, travelling to my jawline just to finish on my lips, deepening the kiss as he did so. I felt his hands on the small of my back lowering a little bit so I jumped and wrapped my legs around his waist, but never stopped the kiss. He smiled on my lips and took me to our bed where he gently laid me down before hovering over me. My body shivered when he ran a hand through my leg and started exploring the skin under my shirt. I wanted to feel more of him so I searched for the hem of his shirt and tried to take it off. He chuckled and moved away from me so he could ease the job.
“Someone is eager, uh?” He smirked at me and I started pulling his shirt off, earning a small chuckle from him. As soon as I saw his naked chest I paralyzed and my eyes fixed on his new tattoo. I still hadn’t seen it, only in pictures. But live it was much more beautiful. I placed my hand over his chest and traced some of the letters of the tattoo with my fingers.
“It’s so perfect..” I said, looking up at him. He smiled and leaned down to capture my lips in his again but soon he broke the kiss to take my shirt off too, so that way I was only in underwear. He lied me down on the bed as he kissed me and ran his warming hands through my body. My arms wrapped around his shoulders and back when he started biting and kissing my neck, sending chills down my spine.
“You really like to tease me, don’t you?” I managed to ask, trying not to let out any weird sounds as I spoke. I felt him smirk on my skin before he looked at me and slightly brushed his lips against mine but never really kissing me.
“What do you think?” His raspy voice and his sweet kisses on my cheek were driving me insane but I still tried to ignore those feelings inside of me just to be able to talk again.
“Even after three months without….? You’re unbelievable..”
“I know.” He smiled at me and leaned his head down, teasing me again, so as revenge I bit his bottom lip.. but not too hard. “That was not funny.” He said, chuckling.
“You deserved it.”
“I deserved it?”
“Yes, you did.” I repeated and his lips curved in a tiny smirk as I felt his left hand caressing my outer thigh very smoothly. We stared at each other for some moments, his chocolate brown eyes locked with mine and our chests almost touching with our still steady breaths, even though my heart was beating faster than the normal. His proximity had that effect on me and I couldn’t do anything to change it even if I tried.
“You’re not gonna work tomorrow..” He finally said and I furrowed my eyebrows confused.
“Why not? And why are we even talking about my work right now?”
