Chapter 347
By the time the little group had reached the ‘Rosa Mexicano’ restaurant in the affluent area of Hollywood, the rest of the dancers were already inside on their first round of drinks, Marshall having sent a funny picture to Fefe of him and Brya with shots of Tequila while they were still in the car, making them all chuckle and shake their heads at how messy tonight could potentially get as they were all so excited to be flying back to London tomorrow and to see the stage for the first time. Cheryl had been giggling hysterically whilst watching Fefe trying to wind Lily up throughout the whole car journey as he continuously kept blowing on her cheek that was making her blink rapidly, ending up with him getting a sharp kick in the shin from her when she’d finally had enough and gave him a very moody pout until he’d said sorry and kissed her cheek instead. The whole Lily and Fefe situation was still very fascinating to Cheryl, and she could happily sit and watch them for ages, but she was soon distracted as they approached the restaurant when she spotted a few paparazzi guys outside who must have found out they were coming here somehow.
“Bloody hell...I almost forgot about these little twats of the earth” Cheryl grumbled as she began looking around out of the window to make sure there really was only 3 of them and that there weren’t more waiting to crowd her somewhere, having had a nice month off from the explosion of flashing lights that drove her crazy on a constant basis.
“Haha...Chez!...haha...you crack me up babes!...at least there aren’t many of them” Tre chuckled at the way in which she always spoke with such hate and with such a disgusted expression on her face whenever referring to the paps.
“It’s when they patronise me and ask if I’m having a nice night or whatever...it’s like ‘I would be having an even better night if I wasn’t being blinded with cameras while I’m trying to walk and I didn’t have people pretending that they’re my friends asking me how I am when they’re actually just trying to make money from me’...it just annoys me...why do they need a photo of me walking from the car into a restaurant? There’s absolutely no story to go with it and so I already know they’ll just make one up about me...flaming vermin man, I’m telling ya!” Cheryl went on one of her little rants while the others tried their best not to start laughing at her, finding her grumpy face very amusing as she scowled out of the window before Mario pulled up outside of the restaurant.
“Don’t hit anyone sis...just look at the door and think happy thoughts...haha” Gary jokingly warned her as he unbuckled his seat belt to climb out, getting a roll of the eyes from her in return before she climbed out after him and instantly began being asked how the tour rehearsals were going by the strange men she’d never seen before, trying to just smile politely as she walked passed them after Gary, always determined not to speak to them. Tre, Lily and Fefe had climbed out of the car after they’d spotted Cheryl make it into the restaurant safely and began wandering in after her, even Tre having his photo taken now that he’d become a familiar face, something he still found very surreal.
As soon as the last 3 had strolled through the doors of the restaurant and had been hit with the delicious smells of Mexican food, giving them that warm, exciting feeling of how yummy their meal was going to be, they met up with Cheryl and Gary who were waiting by the little desk to be shown to their table. “You’re so bigheaded Chez...it was so clear those guys were only there to get a picture of me looking so fly...they couldn’t get enough of me!” Fefe smirked smugly as he straightened his waistcoat and winked at Lily who couldn’t prevent herself from giggling at him and shaking her head at what a plonker he was.
“Haha...shut up ya lemon...who’d want to photograph your mush?!...now this handsome devil on the other hand” Cheryl playfully pinched Fefe’s cheek before turning to Tre and affectionately stroking the back of his head as she’d watched the cameras immediately focussing on him once she was out of view. “Were you OK?” she asked sweetly, always worrying about him when it came to the media as she could tell he didn’t want any fame or attention really, even more so after hearing about why he and his ex had broken up because of her wanting more and him just wanting a normal, quiet life really.
